Callum has a stigma to his name and for good reason. He was always known as the ‘weird kid’ at school when he was child. When he grew up into a teenager it changed from ‘weird’ to ‘dangerous.’ Callum is known for his short temper and smart mouth that always manages to get him into trouble. But Cal is strange, he likes the trouble. It pumps him full of adrenaline and likes to be able get under people’s skin.
Callum is a withdrawn person. He doesn’t show his emotions nor does he ever talk about them. He will let it fester inside until he needs a release from all the anger and torment. That is why he always likes to pick fights. It allows him to let off all that stress and get a joy from beating someone’s face in. He secretly know that isn’t a good thing to enjoy but he only has a few joys in his life…he wasn’t about it give it up. He is too rigid to change.
Cal can be intimidating and manipulating, can be more effective on people that are smaller than he is. If he can’t talk someone into doing something for him as nice as he can [which isn’t nice at all really] then he tends to get a bit violent. He has slapped around a few women [nothing more] and put men in the hospital. He tends to fight with his hands…not with his magic. He doesn’t care for it…its too complicated for him. Its easier to punch a guy in the face before he can finish yelling out his spell.

Callum doesn’t like to talk about his childhood. He made sure no one from school saw or knew about his parents. They weren’t good parents and he didn’t want people to think things of him if they knew. His father was a legit schizo. He couldn’t control his mind sought help in drugs an alcohol. He was a drunk mess all day everyday. He could hold a job due to his state so his mother sold her body to make money. Needless to say, Callum wasn’t shown what love was so he doesn’t know what it is. His parents never gave him anything and barely fed him. He learned at a early age how to fend for himself.
He stole things he couldn’t have. Picked fights in school and was getting kicked out of different schools. His father would just slap him around every time the school had to call about him and his mother called him a piece of shit that she should have gotten rid of when she found out that she was pregnant. Things stayed that same for years until he was 10. He got a letter from a place called Hogwarts and his parents didn’t know anything about it. They were muggles. They thought it was a private school and his mother just laughed at the idea that a school would want his stupid ass.
They ignored the letter until someone from the school came to visit them. They saw the state of his parents and thought it best to just talk to Callum about the nature of the school. He just laughed at the old man when he spoke of magic and called him an old coot. Cal was quick to shut up when the man started to levitate him off the ground a few feet. The following year he was off at the new school and felt so out of place. He was sorted into Slytherin and his housemates didn’t like it. Got in a few fights when his classmates called him mug blood and spat at his feet. He stuck around for a few years until he finally had enough. When he turned 17 he dropped out and went off on his own. He does odd jobs to make money and his now traveling back and forth between England and New Zealand.
