Overall Personality: Scorpius is, in general, an arrogant, spiteful bully. His narcissistic nature most likely stemmed from his being spoiled by his parents throughout his childhood. He believed himself superior to most people because of his family’s pure-blood lineage as well as great wealth and social standing. He frequently behaves cruelly to Muggle-borns, so-called blood traitors, Gryffindor students. For much of his youth, Scorpius took after his bigoted father, Draco Malfoy, as a role model, and frequently boasted about his family's influence and wealth.
However, something began to change in his psyche in his third year at Hogwarts, after meeting the dominatrix Potter, Lily. After a number of feeble attempts to get to know her, he started to change his act ever so slightly. But not too much.
Scorpius is quite intelligent and quick-witted, capable of deducing things and coming up with clever plans based on a small amount of information; his father had expected him to obtain top marks in school after his first year, and showed great superiority that he had managed to tie with Hermione Granger's daughter, Rose. Scorpius is also adept at compartmentalizing his emotions, as is evidenced in his success with Occlumency. He is described as being sadistic, careless, paranoid, impulsive, emotional, short tempered, volatile, manipulative, jealous, obsessive and competitive. Despite his negative traits, he has shown to be very protective of his Lily Potter,
Vengeful and power-hungry, he will stop at nothing to achieve his ends and remove those who stand in his way. However, Scorpius does not believe that death is a punishment. There are much worse things than death. He will also place usefulness before pleasure and keeps people close when it suits his needs, and he will always look for loopholes in the deals he makes. He is rarely caught off guard and is always two steps ahead of his everyone, Scorpius is not as forgiving as his friends, and he rarely forgives anyone.

"My history is quite simple. Born into a particularly wealthy family, I reside at my home, known as Malfoy Manor. I do not normally leave my luxurious home, but will when I go off to school, and when I travel to Diagon or Knockturn Alley. I grew up quite nicely with my father and mother. I heard stories about their lives before I was even thought of. The wizarding war, the good versus evil, the rumors of my father's family who notably switched allegiance at the last minute. I believe they did for the greater good, but some think it was to avoid Azkaban. As I was not a onlooker, I support those who offered evidence of my father's innocence."

She had become a little lion herself but she seemed to grasp my attention when I was a thirteen year old boy. However, didn't meet until my fifth year, and her third, as my friends had gone off to find a compartment, and I was pushed into hers. It was a rather abrupt meeting and I left an hour later to go off to my friends, but let's just say she impressed me. And that is probably the most difficult thing to do at this school."
