Overall History: Born and raised in a loving, pureblood home during the war years came with certain expectations. Many of her parent’s friends were involved either directly or indirectly in the dark lord’s cause and Astoria saw how this ripped apart loving families and her parents had always vowed to do better. They were sympathizers to the cause but were never involved and she was thankful for that.

She had always had a knack for herbology and she used this love and became a healer, always remembering the rows and rows of crying children during the battle at hogwarts and the amount of suffering that had happened. In her youth Astoria dreamed of a world like her garden: a world of beauty and of life and a world of strength.

Astoria was surprised when she began to fall for her future husband, Draco. He had been a nightmare in school: the epitome of everything she despised about the pureblood society when they were in school together but like everyone else, he had been changed. He was a strong, bright, wonderful person and was soon in love.

They were married and she gave birth to their son, Scorpius, named for the creature that was so strong it was raised up to the stars. They are a happy family, made brighter with the frequent visits from her sister and her children.
