Victoire would have been most tempted to be a fly on the wall when Niqui met up with Stefan again. It was mostly because she wanted to see how her little sister acted when she was around someone that she obviously liked so much. But it was also because she wanted to be there in case Dominique needed her help. Vic wanted to patch up their strained relationship and that meant doing anything that she possibly could in order to help out. However, she actually doubted that her sister would want her there when all of that was going on. Victoire didn't blame her for it, in all honesty. Family had always come first to the Weasleys and that meant that if the slightest thing seemed to go wrong, they would be there for one another and back each other up. That was the way that they were raised. In fact, pretty much everyone in Godric's Hollow felt that way about each other. Their parents had all gone through so much and because all of the kids were raised together, they were like one big, happy, yet slightly dysfunctional family.
"Unless he makes it completely clear, and says that he doesn't want to be more than friends, don't take to much at face value. Guys are stubborn and from what I know about your friendship, he'll just want you to be happy. If you really like him, you may have to be the blunt one and just tell him what you're feeling." Victoire remembered when she had finally mustered up the courage to tell Teddy that she liked him. There had never really been a clear line in their relationship, but that didn't mean that there wasn't one. They had started out as friends and then, somewhere along the line, that friendship turned into something more. It had just taken a little longer for Victoire to actually voice the words that most people would have spouted off far sooner. Victoire tilted her head as she listened to what Niqui had to say about Roxanne. "Well, first of all, you'll never lose me. You're stuck with me. As for Roxanne, you two have always been close. I'd love to say that there's no way a boy could tear you two apart, but from what you've told me.... Well, you might better off." Victoire hated to say it, but she couldn't lie to Dominique and say that everything would be great.
A brow lifted and Victoire shook her head. "You do turn heads, Dominique. You've just had your eyes focused on someone so long that you've never noticed." Victoire pressed a gentle kiss to Niqui's forehead and held her close. "You're beautiful, Niqui. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise." Her fingers ran through her sister's hair, feeling more complete than she had in some time. The relationship that she had with Dominique seemed to be getting back on the right track and that was all Victoire ever could have hoped for. "I love you too, Dominique. Don't ever forget that, okay?"
