Ashton loves being herself and having fun. Though she's fiercely loyal, she's not afraid to tell you to stop being a douche nozzle if you can't mind yourself. Despite just looking like a pretty face, she has a brain in her skull and that's part of what allowed her to enter an ivy league school. Ash works hard for the things that she has in life and knows that you can't just have everything handed to you on a silver platter. Despite her parents being wealthy, it's their money and she's a firm believer in hard work. That's not to say that you won't catch her slacking off, because you definitely will from time to time. Art is her biggest form of self expression, so if she shows it to you, it means you're something special.

Born in the heart of Miami, Florida, it was safe to say that Ashton Grey was set out to have the life everyone dreamed of. Her parents had a substantial amount of money, enough to put their children through the best schools and still have money left over. From the moment she was old enough to attend school, Ashton was in a private one, along with her older brother Logan and twin brother Cameron. At eight years old, she told her parents that she didn't want to go there anymore because the girls were rude. Rather reluctantly, her parents pulled her out and entered her into the public schools. Her brothers remained where they were and a few short years later, Cameron was getting a letter that accepted him to some magical school. It didn't make sense to Ashton. The twins always got cards and letters on the same day when it came to their birthday.

But she didn't get a letter.

Cameron went off to Salem and Ashton continued her life as it was. Still, she found herself always wondering about this magical school. She wondered what it was like and why it was that her brother got to go, but she didn't. He was the first in their family, since Logan hadn't gone either. A few years later, her younger sister, Taylor, followed in her footsteps. She attended the public schools and loved them more than anything. Throughout the next couple of years, Ashton really got into art and picked up skateboarding from some of the boys at school. When she was sixteen, she got her first tattoo because her friend's brother knew someone.

The following year, Taylor got the same letter that Cameron had gotten. Just like him, she was off to Salem. Ashton was less envious of her sister than she had been with Cam, but it still remained. At that point, Ash was seventeen years old. A few months later, she finished high school and had to look at doing something for herself. As much as she enjoyed being around her family, she knew that sticking around Florida forever wasn't something that she wanted. Ash also knew that she wanted to do something with art. Thankfully, she had been applying to art schools all over the country for the last year and a month after she finished high school, she got her acceptance letter to a top Ivy League school - Cornell University.

Her parents weren't really for the move, but she didn't care. After packing up what she needed, she relocated to Ithaca, New York. It took some time to adjust and for a while, she was staying in a hostel. Finally, after about a year of that, she managed to move into an apartment that wasn't crazy expensive. Even now, she isn't convinced that it's the perfect place, but it's going to take more money than what she has to be able to move again.
