Shea untangled herself from her sheets and tried to remember why she thought it was a good idea to stay up all night the night before. Puck, Tyreese's brother, offered to show her where a lot of the muggle street artists liked to go, and how they managed to put up some of the more dangerous pieces. In exchange, she had to help him with one. The two of them put up one of his new pieces on the side of a tube car, and ended up running from the police. She probably wouldn't be partaking in street art again, but she loved taking pictures of it. Puck's work had been the focus on most of her pictures for years, all before she even knew that he was the infamous Merlin.
Yawning into her hand, she slipped on her slippers and stretched her arms over her head. She knew that it would mean a lot to Tyr that she was getting to know his siblings, and she hoped that Puck and Billie liked her enough to accept her as a potential part of their family. Not that she was entirely sure the relationship would survive past some truth bombs, but she wanted to pretend that she would be able to live in this beautiful world where things were always this wonderful between them.
She checked the time and realized it was about two in the afternoon, she was supposed to meet with Mark at four. Quickly she stripped from her clothes and ran into her shower, limiting herself to the quickest shower possible, even if the park was only a ten minute ride on the tube from her apartment, she knew herself well enough that she would take a while to get out of the door.
After a quick shower, she fixed her hair, her modest makeup and changed into a simple red dress. Her hair was getting longer from the bob she cut it into after Alex was arrested, and knew that while she needed the change at the time, her thoughts about Alex were less and less every day. She was impossibly happy with Tyreese and knew that even if it was shortlived because of everything that happened to her, it would be the happiest part of her life.
She slid on her shoes on the way out of the door and hurried to the tube station. If only her parents could see her. They were probably turning over in their graves from how their daughter was living. Working at the Daily Prophet, dating a muggle, living mostly as a muggle, she loved it.
A short ride to Hyde Park later and she was only a few minutes late to her meeting with Mark. She scanned the tables and realized she got there first. She took a seat by the window and waited for her friend to show up.
