Where can I claim my character's job?
To claim your character's job please contact an admin so your name will be added to our list here.
What is the current time frame on the site?
While we operate in real time (April in real time is April site time) it is currently the year 2026. For updates on the month, please check the sidebar under the INFO tab.Do I have to have read the Harry Potter books to play?
Not at all. While I'm sure it would help you, we cover a lot of information here on site. You're welcome to ask us questions and we recommend you go over the Harry Potter Wikia.
How true to canon/the books is this site?
We're set in the future, so most things are free to interpretation. However, a lot of the basis of information is canon.
Regarding the Character(s)
How old can my character be?
The youngest age a character can be is eleven (11). We ask that you use your best discretion with the age of characters.
Can I have more than one character?
Yes, you can. Make sure that each character has a separate account and that you keep all characters active.
Can I play a canon character?
We have a canon list for Hogwarts/English people located here.
What if someone is already using my favorite face claim?
If someone else is using a face you want, you can try to work something out with them so that you can both use the face. However, if they don't feel like sharing, the person that had the face first gets to keep it.
Can my character be Voldemort's child?
No.
Can my character be a descendant of the Founders?
Possibly. See more information here.
Can I have multiple abilities?
Within reason. If you're not sure of something, talk to an admin.
Explain this pack thing with werewolves?

I have a tainted werewolf. Will they turn during the full moon?
Due to the varied nature of tainted blood, this is really up to you. More often than not, they will not turn. On occasion, there can be a full transformation, a partial, or none. Please be sure to keep a character balanced. A tainted werewolf will not be NEARLY as powerful as a full werewolf in any given form.
I want an animagus. Can I have one?
Yes. However, your character must be at least fifteen years old. At this point, they would still be learning tricks to changing. This takes a long time to grasp. The younger you are, the harder it will be.
I want a Legilimens or an Occlumens. Can I have one?
Yes, you can have one or the other. We would like the minimum age for this to be around sixteen, if not older.
Can I have a full Veela?
Possibly. Talk to an admin for further details.
Can my character be an active Death Eater?
If you want, sure. However, the Death Eaters are presently in America, so try to keep them there.
Can my character be turned into a vampire?
Ask an admin first, just to keep the vampire count from going crazy. All turned vampires have to turn over their wand to the Ministry and if they're students they will be removed from Hogwarts, or their respective school. We do not allow vampires under the age of sixteen.
