Overall Personality: : Ellie is wild, crazy, and fun-loving. She’s really quite devious, and enjoys pranking others (especially Slytherins. That’s just too much fun) and has the uncanny ability to always find herself in detention. She’s very silly, and enjoys cheering people up. Ellie is also incredibly strong headed, and has a one track mind, just like her father. When confronted, Ellie is very stubborn, and she will stand firm in her beliefs. She’s not afraid to stick her neck out for a friend, as she holds her friends very dear to her.

Father: Oliver Wood
Mother: Katie Wood (nee Bell)
Siblings: Tomas Henry Wood
Others:
Birth Place: Canterbury, England
Current Residence: Canterbury, England (when not at Hogwarts)
Overall History:
Ellie was born to Oliver and Katie Wood in Canterbury, England in the year 2007. Ellie grew up living a relatively regular life for that of a young witch. She attended a daycare and went to school the years before her Hogwarts acceptance letter came. In the afternoons her father would take her out to their backyard (which was anti-muggle charmed by Ellie’s mother) and he would teach her how to fly, and play Quidditch.
Her brother, quite less enthusiastic about sports than Ellie was, would stay inside and read throughout the days. This resulted in Ellie constantly teasing the older boy about how much of a bookworm he was, thus initiating prank wars between the two.
When Ellie started showing real talent for being a Chaser, Oliver began pressuring her more and more to practice with him. Katie, always being the clear minded one, scolded him relentlessly for doing so, insisting Ellie needed to have a regular life, not one completely dedicated to sports. When the issue was brought to little Ellie, she quickly refuted her mother’s stance, and declared, “I need to practice if I’m going to be the number one Chaser for the Holyhead Harpies!” And proceeded to run out the back door, and to her broomstick.
Needless to say, Oliver was a proud father.
The day Ellie got her Hogwarts acceptance letter was a very joyful one, indeed. One celebrated with much Quidditch, and ice cream (Ellie abhors cake. Claims that it’s too spongey). The Wood family is fairly well-to-do, and they bought Ellie only the best school supplies (and a pet owl, so they could keep in touch. Ellie named him Alexei, after the Bulgarian’s Chaser, Alexei Levski).
At Hogwarts, much to her parent’s pride, Ellie was sorted into Gryffindor, and made quick friends with her fellow schoolmates. At school, she still often engages prank wars with her brother, but has expanded to other victims (namely every Slytherin to walk the halls ever). Every now and again she’ll even work in cahoots with the resident poltergeist, Peeves, for an exceptionally difficult prank or when she feels like terrorizing the school’s caretaker (Peeves has always been fond of terrorizing the caretakers of the school. Ellie has yet to figure out why, but as it tends to work in her favor, she’ll overlook it). Though this did not protect her from Peeves pranks, (she often felt even targeted by the ghost) Ellie believes that there was a mutual respect between the two.
Since all of Ellie’s time was devoted to either Quidditch or pranking, her grades reflected on that. Unlike her brother, Ellie had no time to sit down and do stuffy things such as studying, or reading books – she was a busy body, and had to be doing something at all times. After her first semester at Hogwarts, she received a Howler from her mother, berating her about her poor school work. After that, Ellie put in at least a minimal effort into school, scraping by with just average grades.
It’s now Ellie’s sixth year at Hogwarts, and she’s ready and excited. Another year of magic, friends, Quidditch, and pranks. What more could a girl want?
