Overall Personality: Being the eldest of the Madigan family, Paul is extremely protective over his younger siblings, especially his sisters. From a very young age, he was always looking out for them, when they cried, he ran to them and when they were trouble, he fought for them and got them help. Paul has been known to knock some lights out for guys even looking at his sister in any way and without any word or warning. Though he is a good natured guy, he stands up for those who are smaller or younger, especially people in his own house, though sometimes outside of his own house. When he becomes your friend, you have him for life and it takes a lot to make him turn his back on you. And when he calls you his friend, it is like having a tank, he will fight until he can't fight any longer. Paul won't allow himself to let his friends down and if he does, he punishes himself constantly.

However, he has a dark side... Paul is easily angered, having been known to jump to the wrong conclusions and fight with anyone he can get his hands on. Recently, having found the use of Performance Enhancers helpful to his career, his rage has become even more uncontrollable and has caused a few new friends in the Mix Martial Arts and Kick Boxing world to question him. When he thinks that you are against him, he doesn't care if you are family, friend, or foe, he will argue and fight with you, sometimes hurting himself in the process emotionally. His active lifestyle keeps him satified but now he needs more than just that and being in the fae of MMA has allowed him more stuff ranging from women to drinking, even though he is under age. Though he tries to control himself, once he is gone, he is gone and it normally means waking up to someone he doesn't know. This is a recent personality change due to the riches of small time fame and he is enjoying the taste of it.

After the lost of his mother, Paul became extremely distant from some people, including that of family. Being the eldest, he was the closest to his mother and knew her the longest. After the car accident, Paul was positive magic could bring her back and he sat impatiently at the hospital for it to work, but unfortunately, it didn't and he felt his heart break. Maybe that is what drove him to use of Performance Enhancers? Emotional, Paul is still slightly unstable and has to take some time to himself if he gets too unstable...

Overall History: Paul Emilio Madigan was the first born son to Ian and Rita Madigan, born only three months after their quick wedding. At an early age, Paul knew of the great school in Salem Mass. and at times would visit his father and mother when they were teaching at the school as a child. When he was two years old, his brother was born and he loved being a big brother to the boy. Paul was always watching over his brother and at first, would wake in the middle of the night just to go and watch him sleep. Paul had a clear understanding that he was not to touch his brother unless his parents were there to make sure he didn't accidently hurt him. Paul was known as the terrible two's boys when he was a toddler as he was known for getting extremely upset and throwing tantrums, but he never hurt his younger brother. At the age of three, Dante Sehale joined the family and again, Paul was an extremely proud big brother and extremely protective. Now that he had two little siblings to watch, he was constantly on his toes.

At the age six years old, Marisol Reina was born and it was like a whole new switched was pulled on the older brother. With a sister came a new sense of protectiveness and he never allowed any boy to pick on his little sister. Even his own brothers weren't allow to pick on his sister and he was very protective of her, constantly watching the toddlers who were playing around the newborn sister. Growing up around the magical household, he was constantly producing magic due to his angry outburst and it was how his magical abilities were shown for the first time. At the age of eleven years old, Paul recieved his letter to Salem and he was extremely proud of himself, showing it off to everyone in his family, but when the time came to leave his home, he was nervous. Who would protect his siblings? How much would he be able to come home? Even though his father was going to be with him, the two did not travel together. Instead, Ian left a few days early and Paul traveled with many other students. With him came his new wand as well as a large barn owl.

Paul was sorted into the Aylward house and it suited him well since he was known for his fiery personality and tempermental outburst. However, the young man made friends quickly and showed that he was extremely loyal to them. When he was thirteen and his brother eleven, he was finally joined by another Madigan and then shortly followed Dante, whom proved to be a constant handful. At fourteen years old, Paul was constantly trying to control his little brother, whom had been sorted into Nauset along with a Miss Arianna Redwood who he saw being picked on one day and took up for her. The young eleven year old was so small and reminded him a lot of his little sister, so he took her under his wing and defended her, including from his brother Dante he was constantly after her sexually after they got older. When Paul was seventeen years old, his young sister Marisol joined them at Salem and he found himself constantly watching over her, even if she was in Paomet.

The young man was very active during his school years, playing on the school Quidditch team as a beater and enjoying the rush flying on a broom was. However, during his summer breaks, he found himself extremely interested in Mixed Martial Arts and began taking it up as a hobby. This allowed him to get his fighting out in a way that wasn't going to get him in trouble and he could really enjoy it. Paul was extremely good in school and made sure he did very well in his test to impress his father. Finally, he graduated from Salem and told his father and mother he wanted to go for a dream... To become famous as an MMA fighter and work hard. Though he knew they would worry, he promised them that he would be careful and went to New York to start traing at America's Kickboxing Academy. It was during his first match that the worst thing could happen to him...

Unfortunately, his parents couldn't make his first match, so he fought hard that night to win, but came in third instead. It wasn't a bad placing and he went home to his apartment to find someone there waiting for him. "Paul Madigan?" The young man could still hear the words in his head. "Your mother was in a accident, you need to go to the Hospital." Paul went to the hospital as quickly as he could, hoping that magic would save his mother, but she died due to her injuries and he found himself extremely messed up. Upon going back to New York, he went out with his fighting friends, drank himself to the point he was in tears from memories and pasted out with her begging him to stop in his dreams. His fighting career was not doing well and he was barely getting by... That was when he started using Performace Enhancers and began doing better, but it changed his personality... The anger that was once hard to control was harder and every little thing could set him off. Now, fighting in the ring was nearly a rage and it took everything he had to control the beast so he didn't hurt those he wasn't fighting.

Unable to move on, Paul has been two years fighting and finally being able to make it big in the MMA world, but is this all because of the drug use?
