The sound of squealing tires made her head pound even worse, forces the throb to bang like a hammer. Blinking her eyes, she hung onto the wall for a moment and looked around. The woman was sure that her hair looked like a wreck and she knew that Mark was coming in this afternoon. "Mark!" Devi's eyes got wide and she searched her purse and pulled out her phone. Damn, it was dead and her charger was at her hotel.

The sound of someone running towards her made her look up in time to hear his voice. "Devi, you alright?" Was she seeing a buzzed vision? No, this was real. "Mark... I didn't expect to see you until later this afternoon... Yea, I'm fine... I got in yesterday and thought I would go out for a few drinks... I thought I texted you and told you... I think I drank a bit too much and I guess on my way out I just ended up on someone's hood... That was him that just drove out." The woman said, rubbing her arm slightly where she had been grabbed. "Wow... I guess I can add that to the list of, never wanting to do again." The woman said as she rubbed her temple with her fingers and began thinking about that dream she had had. Was that a dream that she had by chance or a vision? Everything seemed so real but it was beyond strange. Letting out a sigh, she looked at him. "I'm sorry, I should have just stayed in my hotel room, but I was so awake, I had to do something."

Was he going to be pissed at her? Most boyfriend would be pissed if they couldn't find their girlfriends and then found her at a bar. "Its fine Devi, but lets head back to the hotel room for a moment, so I can drop my things off." Devi smiled at him and nodded, looking around for a moment and remembering the route she had taken. "Did you rent a car? Or something? If you did, you will have to drive, I dont know how." Devi shook her head. "No, I didn't, but maybe I should teach you to drive one day." Devi smiled and laughed, though it was a short laugh due to the movement of her head causing a headache. Fishing in her purse, she pulled out a pair of dark sunglasses.

"It good to see you again though beautiful." Devi smiled and blushed slightly. Maybe the makeup was still there from the night before? Maybe it hid the red in her cheeks? "Sorry if I seem like I am a bit stressed. I am a little anxious about the upcoming fight." Oh yes, the fight. Devi was worried about watching him fight soon. Though she knew they were traveling for both leisure, to celebrate being out of school, and because he was doing fights everywhere they went mostly. "I can bet. I'm nervous for you and I'm not even going to be fighting, just watching." Devi said as they began to walk. She knew the hotel was only right down the street, so that wouldn't take very long at all.

After a moment, she stopped walking and grabbed his arm before leaning down and taking off her heels from the night before. It was nice to be barefoot again and the heels had caused sores to start forming. "Remind me never to drink again with heels." The woman said to him before they began to walk down the streets of Berlin.

Seeing that he wasn't angry was a good thing for Devi and that was something she didn't want at all. "I'll remember to do that." The young woman smiled at him and took his hand as he took it into his own hand. The feeling of her head throbbing wasn't going to go away, but maybe she could call one of her friends from school and get them to send a potion to her to get rid of it. It was nice to be with her, to be able to travel with him, especially after they had spoken about it on their first date. "Remember our first date? When we were talking about travelling and such?" Devi looked over at him and smiled as she walked, though they did slow slightly and she held her shoes in her hand. "I was just thinking about that... Yes, I do and we are going to Rome, when?" The woman asked, a smile on her face as she walked with him down the street.

Feeling him stop her, she looked at him and then noticed his own eyes looking down. "Watch out for the glass." Looking down, she saw the glass and smiled at him. "That would have been bad." She said, dancing around it on her tip toes and using his hand to help her twirl slightly around. Smiling back at him playfully, she laughed slightly. "Want me to carry you so you dont have to put your heels back on?" Devi shook her head and looked ahead of her to make sure that there was no more glass around. "Nope, that would take away the adventure and I think walking will help my hangover." Devi said as she smiled at him.

It was fun to be a little bit of a child sometimes, to be extremely free and ready to take on the world with fun and love. "Soon, after this trip, if your up for it. Tis a lovely place, and I can show you all the lovely places withing this lovely place." Devi smiled at Mark and she knew he would show her everything and they would have loads of fun. As they walked, the cars drove by and soon, the hotel was within sight. As he finished speaking, a few cars went by as they continued down the road, the hotel coming into site. "So, does this place have a hot tub? Or anything like that?" Devi smiled and nodded. "Yep, indoor pool and hot tub on the second floor... And then, the room as a large Jacuzzi style tub." The woman said to him as she tipped toes around, pranced a little and danced some here and there, gaining the eyes of others who walked past them.

As they walked, the scent of some street food drifted to them and she felt a little queasy to her stomach. "You think after we drop of my things in our room we could get some breakfast or something? Have not eaten in ages." The woman smiled and nodded slightly. "Or we could order room service." The woman said with a smile as they walked. Wondering weather or not he would like that, she just figured she could see and they would pick if he liked that. The idea of ordering room service sounded good since she really didn't want to smell all the different foods with her hangover.

"Ah room service, great idea." Devi smiled and bit her lip slightly as she agreed completely with that. It was nice to have room service and to be able to just wait for it to come up to them. "Sounds like an excellent room." Devi nodded towards him and then went into the hotel, prancing her feet slightly over the ground before they went up the elevator and then into the room. Devi went directly for the soft, king-size bed that they had agreed to share. Sure, she wasn't married, but there were two kinds of sleeping together and only one involved making love. Smiling as she hugged the pillow, she watched as he put his stuff up and then grabbed the menu and picked up the phone.

"Any thing you would like darling?" Devi glanced at the menu and grabbed it, propping up on her elbow and thought over it for a moment. "Two eggs, well done... Maybe some toast and some orange juice." The woman said before he started to talk. "Um could you bring up some hash browns, two eggs and some bacon. Also a glass of orange juice." Smiling at him, she hugged her pillow and closed her eyes slightly and pulled her knees up. It was nice to be in a bed after sleeping on a car hood for a whole morning. The pounding head was rather annoying, but she had done this herself. Covering her face in the pillow she let out a groan. "I'm never going out again..."

The woman listened as he spoke and then watched as he patted the bed next to himself. "Come here?" The woman smiled and got closer, laying her head against his side, but used the pillow to make it comfortable for her shoulder and back. "I have been in your shoes before, and trust me, for some reason I cant get it through my thick skull to never do it again. I think I only drink like that when something is bugging me though." Devi smiled slightly and snuggled her head into his chest. "Well, that is why I told you... You are my accountability partner." Devi smiled and glanced up at him. She knew it was mostly a joke, but it would be fun to see what would happen with that little promise.

As she closed her eyes, she jumped at the sound of the hard knock. "Well, that was quick." Devi sat up slightly and watched as another man came in and set up the food. Watching as the man did his job and then was paid, Devi smiled but she wasn't sure if her stomach would work with it. "Rather good." Devi smiled and took the orange juice, but left the food covered to keep the meal warm for as long as possible. "The idea of food is tempting, but then not so tempting." The woman said as she drank the orange juice and felt the cool liquid go down her throat. Thinking about it, she pulled her wand out and flicked it. "Accio potion book." Devi said before it came to her from her bad and she opened it and looked through it.
