He figured that he would just be hanging around Salem and finding like minded individuals there letting them know where to go and what had to be done. He had gotten an owl two days ago explaining that he had to go to Norway and talk to a girl that was going to Durmstrang.
Parker wasn’t particularly upset that he had to go. He was more peeved at the idea of somehow becoming the welcoming comity. Was he supposed to have pamphlets and a welcoming basket? Parker didn’t question any of it though he simply said he would do it. The next step was to wait until he had to be in Norway. It was kind of a relief now after that weird conversation he had with Memari. The bomb that he dropped on her seemed to visibly shake the girl. Parker honestly felt bad. There was a chance that it could get back to the Lastranges and that might spell trouble for him. All Parker hoped was that she would hold off and they could talk about it see if he could find a way to help her out with the news and find away to fix the denial that his father was in. That was all of course all hopeful thinking.
A light jacket, he wand, wallet phone keys. Everything was there. Parker picked up the bag of floo powder he was given. A bit of powder was thrown into his apartments fireplace, the flames changed form their normal warm orange to bright green. With a sigh Parker stepped in and said the name of the coffee shop that he was told she would met him at. Normally Parker would apperate. He didn’t like the floo network. Though it was handy something about stepping though a fireplace was weird to him. Luckily the wizarding community was packed with fireplaces and most of them were connected to the vast network.
He ended up at the coffee shop. It was fairly empty, it also not exactly prime coffee time. Still there were a few people scattered about. Students with their books laid out on the table probably studying for their N.E.W.T.S. Parker walked up to the counter of the counter and ordered himself a coffee. His Norwegian was rusty. Scandinavian languages were always harder for him. Parker made it a point to know that along with French, Spanish and even a little bit of Korean. There was no point in not if he had the ability to. Most likely the girl… Lislotte, or whatever her name was…should know English.
Parker got his drink and sat a a secluded table in the corner. It all felt so shady. Well, he supposed it was. You didn’t exactly go around shouting anything about death eaters. Especially in Europe. Parker knew he was safer in Norway than if this whole ordeal were to be going down in England. Dermstrang was known for being blood based. Well before the last wizarding war.
Now all he had to do was wait and hope she got the message and wasn’t going to just leave him hanging.
