The sound of sand being stepped on made the Hawaiian woman look at the man coming towards her. She had known him, mostly because she got messages from him on many occasions since she didn't want anything being grabbed by someone who could very well find out whom she was. As she turned towards him, she saw that he was watching the ocean and taking in the beauty of her island and she turned her eyes back towards it for a moment more. "Good morning Mistress Ma`ema`e.” The woman nodded towards him slightly. “This is truly a beautiful site, I can see why you get up so early to watch it.” The woman looked at him for a moment and then back at the ocean. "I have other reasons for getting up so early... Come, we should return to my home." The woman said to him, turning and heading back towards the house that was there on the beach looking out over the ocean and hidden from the sun by many large trees.

Walking up the wood steps, she opened the glass door and went into the kitchen, pouring some freshly made juice into a glass and then placing another on the counter. "Help yourself to some juice or water." The woman returned from around the counter and sat at the koa wood table, placing a piece of bamboo wood under the glass before she sat it down on the table, trying to protect it from the water that would build up on the outside.

The land of her birth, of her culture, it was the one thing she loved more then the death eaters. The Hawaiian people were magical, weather they showed those signs or not. There was a power within the people and even she knew that. Many of the magical world did not believe in such thing, but she believed in the ancient magic that was deep within her people. Even though her name she legal went by was short, her true name was long and held who she really was and she went by that name to the death eaters. The man before her had been coming to her home for a while, bring messages from the death eaters' main place and she would go with him from time to time in order to do what she could.

Upon offering him something to drink, he took the offer and she found him sitting at her table with the glass of water on the coaster. "Thank you.” Even Leilani was known for some form of kindness, unlike the well known Bellatrix Lestrange, she was not completely insane or cruel. "I have news.” Leilani did not look surprised by this at all, it was normal for him to have some form of news. “Rabastian was found yesterday dead.” Lifting her brow, she was slightly surprised by this but at the same time... Maybe not? “He passed away in the night, from natural causes.”

"Natural causes? Well, that is a tragedy." The woman said, taking a sip of her juice and looking at him. "Please send my condolences to his family. Death is not something that is easy to go through... When is the funeral?" Inside, Leilani felt that his death was not so natural, but it was not her place to question such things. "What other news? Do they need me to come to Alaska?" Leilani would come to the funeral if they had one, that was something she normally did.

In the mind of Leilani her people had a deep set magic in their veins, no matter if they were magical or muggle, she felt it in her soul that all her people had a magic power within them. Oh sure, it was hidden in some, but it was there and she would only be able to Marry someone who had that same magic and that meant, another Hawaiian. The woman had a bond with her people, it was easy to see with the native artwork on the wall, the wooden pieces scattered through her home and the beautiful beach home that was hidden by the many native trees and plants. The woman always watched the other wizard when he came, but the two seemed to enjoy each other's company and could sit for a time just in silences without little problems coming up.

When it came to the point of the death, she didn't ask any questions, knowing there was little point since the man was dead. What was the point in asking questions about something that couldn't be changed? The woman knew that the man was always causing more problems then doing good, at least in her opinion. Things would run simpler now. “I will do that.” The woman nodded as he agreed to do that. “The funeral will be within a week or so. They are still working out all the arrangements. Marceline is still a little shaken from finding him.” The woman took another sip of her juice and placed it back upon the table. "Well, that is no surprise, the man was her husband for quite some time... Who wouldn't be shaken by the death of a loved one," As much as she was sure the woman had a hand in the death, questioning the story was out of the question. The woman was a higher rank within the order and Leilani had no right to question the woman. “The only other news you need to know of is that everything is still running on schedual in Alaska, nothing will be halted because of this. The only reason you need come at this time is if you want to send your condolences in person. That is entirely up to you.”

The woman thumbed her glass slightly and looked at the water dripping down the glass before she looked up. "Well then, I shall do and prepare to take a visit to Alaska and travel back with you. No point in waiting to leave until the last minute and feel rushed." The woman stood and walked to think sink. "Please, make yourself comfortable. It will merely take me half an hour." Of course some people would have waited to prepare after the messenger left, but Leilani had no reason to wait until then.

Leilani was cautious and it paid to be when even the people who you worked with could easily kill you. Leilani was sure that someone had something to do with his untimely death, but asking questions was asking for trouble. And letting the man walk around her house, she was sure he would take heed and not throw her trust down the drain. If he wanted to cause problems, she had more enchanted items then one could count in her home and unless you picked these things up a certain way, you might be in a serious problem and she had a way of seeing around her house from her bedroom, so she was not worried too much about him causing problems.

“Yes.” The woman was all about taking advantage of even a bad moment. If she could be around the leaders of the organization, she might be able to get a bit higher in the ranking. Turning to go to her room, she picked up her wand and looked over her shoulder at Sevrin who spoke to her. “No need to rush." The woman smirked and continued into her bedroom, using her wand to bring over a suitcase, which was very small for what she was pulling out. Using her magic, she put an extender charm on it and started to put in the clothes, including something a little warmer in case of a chill. Finally she was finished and she even changed into a beautiful sun dress, which seemed perfect for traveling. Exiting the bedroom, she brought the small suitcase and placed it down. "Hmm, what else..." The woman said before going over to a wall with some keys and jackets on hooks. "Ah yes, the key to my house in Alaska..." The woman said to him as she grabbed the keys from the wall and left the area of the house she had been in and met with Sevrin.

Grabbing a paper and pen, she started to write on the pad when she heard a knock on the door. "Miss, I'm... Oh, I'm sorry ma'am. I didn't know you had company." The woman was obviously muggle, Leilani obviously respected her.

"It is fine, Ka'iulani... This is an associate of mine from Alaska." The muggle smiled at Sevrin and then back at Leilani. "I am going out of town... The culture association in Alaska needs some assistance and since I helped them set it up I promised to go... You take care, take your mother the food in the house, and I put a check on my bed for double your normal." For a muggle, that was awfully generous. Leilani looked to Sevrin and grabbed her bags. The young girl had a smile on her face, thanked her and began her work around the house.

The woman took her time, but also did not take up too much of her time. Being that she was now going on a trip to the cold lands of Alaska, she was quick to make sure most of her items were long sleeve. Even the summer air was chilly compared to her warm, Hawaiian home. Making sure she had everything, she put a spell on her important items that were locked in a safe, knowing that her house maid would not even dream of opening it, other thieves would. Unlike some magical homes, her's was very much visible to muggles and it looked completely muggle, which was due to her title within the muggle community. As she walked out, she checked on a few things here and there and made sure everything was set in place.

“You may also want to take a jacket.” The woman motioned to her shoulder bag. "Already done. I am use to Alaska cold just like I am Hawaiian warmth, I have traveled between more times then I wish to count." The woman said as she looked at the keys for a moment and grabbed one more, stuffing it into her purse. As the Hawaiian girl came in, she noticed the man's stone expression and she returned her attention to the muggle who seemed to have noticed it as well and seemed to shy away slightly. "I will be back in about a week. You won't have to come back for another two weeks." The young woman nodded, bowing to the older woman and quickly went about her business, going into the nearest closest and bring out a broom, mop, cleaning supplies, and other items to help with her task.

Once they were outside and the door was shut, she made sure that everything was in order outside and walked out on the sand. "Are you ready to leave?” The woman looked at him for a moment and then back down as she made sure everything was in it's appropriate place. "Yes, and by your expression a moment ago, you disapprove of my house maid." One thing about Leilani is that she had no problem point things out the way she saw them.
