Overall History: Cecile was born in Libya, she was the youngest of two siblings, the second two years older than her. Luckily, she was born in a time where the wars had settled down, and it was a pretty normal civilation. At the age of seven the Dovev family moved to Egypt, and there they stayed. Cecile always knew about being a wizard, it wasn't hidden from her like most wizard children that lived in muggle areas. Cecile could keep a secret. When she was twelve, her father passed away from cancer due to smoking.

Not much happened from then, she lost the few friends she had and her personality changed, only a tiny bit. But she was still a little adventurous brat. Cecile started going to Messri this year, and is there now. She is in Ra.

In one of the school breaks, Cecile decided it would be a bright idea to go swimming without goggles or any sort of eye protection. The pool was a chlorine pool and since she was swimming for hours underwater, as was her swimming technique, the overdose of chlorine in the pool took effect. She didn't notice apart from a small amount of pain until she got out of the pool, when she almost screamed in pain. She couldn't see properly and had to get someone to pick her up, the staff at the desk helped with this. She was blind in both eyes for the remainder of the day, and Cecile hoped that her eyes would heal. The next day she opened her eyes to find only one eye was blind, but she was happy that she could at least see. Cecile went back to school and informed the headmaster of her new disability.
