Sapphire skipped slightly as the darkness over took the town of Owlbrook. Lucky for her the crime rate in the little muggle town wasn't high at all, so it didn't matter if she was out. Oh sure, there were a few creeps out there, but nothing that she couldn't handle. Besides, being a witch had it's advantages, granted she would never hurt someone with magic, being able to defend one's self was important. The woman looked around for a moment and then smiled as she heard what sounded like thunder... A late winder storm? The air was chilly and she was sure that it would be very cold when the rain hit. The woman thought on it for a moment and chuckled as she knew getting wet would be a bad idea. Oh sure, she had medicine at home, potions to knock a cold out of her system, but she didn't like to use that stuff.

The sound of ran hitting the roofs made her smile bigger and she took off down the street, trying to outrun the rain that she knew would probably catch her in only a moment's time. Sure enough, she felt the water hitting her brown hair and putting droplets on her face. She laughed and slowed her pace, pulling her jacket tighter around her shoulders and looking up. The moon towards the east was soon gone from sight and she was left with the street lights to show who she was. The young woman had no idea who was around her, had no care in the world either. She was just happy that she was here, enjoying herself.

The smile was wide across her face before she looked ahead and found her way to the small shop on the alley that was the back of her home. A sign hung over the door, to a muggle it was blank, but to a magical being it read 'Charms, Brews, and Spells'. The store was cluttered with a few tables, books everywhere, parchment scattered on the counter, and a kettle in a fireplace, which was roaring nicely, bring warmth to the room. Turning the open sign in the window, she smiled brightly. What place was open this place at night? Well, that was easy... Her place!
