Overall Personality:

She was born into a curse, an impurity, a tumultuous taint and thus is a carrier of near palpable rage. Discordia is an angry girl beneath a cold impassive exterior because like most of the magical community she is disgusted by what she is. A monster that was unfortunate enough to have the werewolf bloodline passed down to her and often she’s as wild and feral as the creature within her! She’s a recluse most times though prone to binging when shame and angst become too much for her to bear on her own – partying, boys, food, drinks, all of it consumed in one way or another to make her feel human and good. Though despite how damaged Discordia is there was a reason she was sorted into Gryffindor. Though plagued by rage she is immensely loyal to those she cares about. Instilled in her is a decent moral compass that navigates her away from the dark temptations that she could slip into (with such ease too). She’s ambitious but not willing to step on others to reach her goals. She’s prideful and vain and brimming with self-righteousness that will either inspire others or make them down right loathe her.

But most importantly she’s charismatic and entertaining when she wants to be. The girl has a smile that can light up a dark room (though she usually scowls) but is leery to allow anyone into her heart in fear they’ll abandon her. Her reclusiveness makes her lonely but she couldn’t bear it if she hurt someone the way she’d hurt her mother. Couldn’t bear it if they hated her for it too.

Growing up wasn’t easy for Discordia – especially without a mother or father. She learned quickly not to introduce herself with her full name and to live on her own. When she was 14 she ‘changed’ too close to home and attacked her mother who was fortunate enough not to be infected with lycanthropy but was terrified of the secret Discordia had been keeping and of Discordia herself. So she picked up one morning: packed her things, all of her cherished possessions, and left before her daughter came back from her Fourth year of school. Something in her snapped then. She realized that if her mother couldn't even accept her how on earth would anyone else? She became bitter and solitary. What was once a happy, bubbly, and charismatic girl became sullen and brooding. She pulled away from any friends she'd made and took to sulking in the back of classrooms or skulking about the corridors after hours.

A foster family adopted her with much trepidation. She was, of course, a monster... but a girl too. For the most part they were kind to her: an older magical couple that had no children of their own but had went to Hogwarts. In return she grew fond of them but would never love them. No. It would ravage her heart too much if they suddenly decided the wolf was too much for them.
