Keeping his place on the Bulgarian National Quidditch team, the Krum family moved to London, England into one of the townhouses of Grimmauld Place.

Usually his parents were not around, and Viktor usually travelled back to Bulgaria for months of end. Although his family was very rich, Stefan did not act like it at all, and often just stuck to normal clothes, normal muggle things, and kept to himself. He did have a few expensive items, such as a Firebolt his father had gotten him for his sixteenth birthday, and a kit to go with it, his house was full of expensive plates, glasses, paintings and other things such as jewelry and a large grand piano in the living room.

When he turned eleven, Stefan received both invitations to go to Hogwarts and Durmstrang, though he didn't get to choose because his father insisted upon Hogwarts, saying there was no safer place. He really didn't mind. Stefan had heard horrible rumors about Durmstrang, though it definitely held it's secrets just like Hogwarts did. However, in his first year, Stefan had found all seven secret passageways and had found the Room of Requirement, also sometimes known as the Room of Hidden Things. He often liked to hang out there and shuffle through many of the "hidden" items. He had collected some items that were not burned. Yes, most of them things in that room had been destroyed by what, Stefan did not know, but he did come across some things that weren't. Some of these items included: Advanced Potion-Making which belongs to the Half-Blood Prince, a fanged frisbee, a box of peruvian instant darkness powder, and two boxes of Deflagration Deluxes from Weasley Wizard Wheeze's.

He had kept them with him ever since, but mainly the potions book which he has revealed to no one. This book had helped his complete his sixth year of Potions, as he was exceptionally bad at them, and his O.W.L's showed it too.


The other part to his story was why he was adjusted to stay in a house in London and to stay away from people until he learned to show off more humanistic behavior. Stefan was bitten when he was younger, by a werewolf, causing him to turn into a monster once a month. Of course, over the years he learned how to brew himself a potion that would calm his problems during the full moon. He looked the type too, which was hard enough when people became suspicious. He liked his meat on the rarer side, he was a little stronger than others, yet he was a wizard since he was born. He knew there were people like him, ones he could tell from the get go were werewolves just like him. After sixteen years of this, nearly his whole life, Stefan has gotten used to it. Used to being a bit different, even discriminated when found out, yet he kept it as quiet as he could. There was nothing wrong with him. Was there?
