Overall Personality: There was a time when Sebastien was a kind soul, willing to help anyone that came over and asked him for it. He had been the boy next door and didn't mind in the least, even when he lost one of his good friends to another guy. He never let it bother him. There were several things that he could handle, but one tragic event managed to change his perspective. Over the last few years, Sebastien has grown progressively solitary and rather angry. He's lost several friends due to various times of lashing out and, as such more people want to avoid him rather than try to befriend him. At the end of the day, that's fine by him, because chances are that he doesn't want to know who you are anyway. He prefers being on his own as opposed to being in a crowded room, because that's one less person that he has to worry about pissing off or offending in some way, shape or form.

In saying that, Seb likes to test the boundaries of people and he usually doesn't care what price it comes at. There are a select few that he cares enough about to respect, but for the majority of the population, he has zero cares. Few things are able to successfully get underneath this seventeen year old's skin and, more often than not, he comes across as a blank, unreadable canvas, which is exactly how he likes it. He does have a small air of arrogance about him, but that isn't to say that he actually thinks he's better than anyone. The truth of the matter is that Sebastien has put up this impenetrable wall so that no one can enter his heart and hurt him ever again. Beneath everything, he's truly just a guy full of sorrow so powerful that he's built a facade so he doesn't have to deal with things.

The one person that has ever been able to get through to him is Dominique. He's definitely glad that they're married now.

Sebastien was the first born child to Leon and Odette Rousseau and came into the world seventeen years ago. It could easily be said that the little baby boy was the pride and joy of the family and grandparents came for miles to see him. He was considered to be something of a miracle child, as his mother had been told it was unlikely she would ever bear children. When Sebastien was two years old, he was given a little sister, Noelle. At first, he didn't know how to handle it, feeling as though he was going to be losing all the attention that had always been given to him. He acted out for a few months, until he finally understood, at least vaguely, what was going on. Two years after that, he was given yet another little sister, Renee. Once more, he began to act out, because it was just another person that he had to share his parents' attention with. He grew accustomed to her, however and after that, Sebastien became rather protective of his little sisters and did what he could to take care of them. He was six years old when his first magical talents began to show themselves. He had been put in timeout for drawing on the walls and he had felt so bad about it, that he managed to make the crayon marks disappear.

After that, it was only a matter of time until he got the letter that welcomed him to Beauxbatons. It was the school that his mother had attended, while his father had gone to school at Durmstrang. He figured the only reason he wasn't offered a place at Durmstrang was because Beauxbatons was closer and never even bothered to question it. Sebastien loved school. He loved the attention, he loved learning and he absolutely loved Quidditch. If he wasn't in class or studying, that was the place where he could be found. During his second year, Sebastien became a beater for the school team and found that it was an easy way to work off any kind of aggression that he found himself having. Life seemed to have been going quite well for Bastien, but it was only a matter of time until things quickly spun around.

He had been visiting his parents during his fifth year and it was there that everything went wrong. He had been outside, playing hide and seek with Renee, when he heard her scream. He had never moved so fast in his entire life. The sight that he came upon was a gory one and immediately, he threw himself at the beast that was hovering over his sister. He was attacked and thrown to the side before the werewolf made its way off. He didn't know how long they had been there, but when Sebastien awoke, he was in a hospital and it was clear his parents had been crying. They told him that there had been no way to save Renee and due to the injuries that he had suffered, it was very likely that he had become a werewolf, but there would be no way to tell until the next full moon. Sure enough, when the full moon rose, Sebastien experienced a very painful transformation. His life was changed after that. The people at school, initially curious about what had gone on, now avoided him due to his aggressive behaviour and the way he basically told everyone to leave him alone. The death of his little sister and the infection of lycanthropy all just seemed to be too much for Sebastien to handle. Sebastien spent a lot of time in Italy learning how to manage this new werewolf streak and is pretty sure that he's got a good grip on it now. In 2024, Sebastien competed in the Tri-Wizard Tournament and became the champion. It was also during this time that he married dominique gabrielle rousseau. In the following year, their daughter was born. Renee is offering both of them a bright new start.[break][break]
