Overall Personality: Tomas is really weird and quirky, much like Ellie, but is a lot more reserved than his younger sister. He generally doesn’t speak, unless he’s spoken to, or unless someone switches to a topic that he’s particularly fond of. Tomas is generally pretty clever, as he likes to spend a lot of his downtime in books. He is very tolerant of people (likely due to years of practice with Ellie as a sister) and is slow to anger – though, if you ever manage to get Tomas angry, you ought to run.

Overall History: Tomas Henry Wood was the firstborn child to Oliver and Katie Wood. He grew up a regular life for a young wizard – though it was particularly dedicated to Quidditch due to his fanatic father. A year after Tomas’s birth came his little hellion sister, Ellie. It didn’t take long for Oliver and Katie to realize that Tomas simply didn’t have the same interest in Quidditch as Ellie did. He did enjoy and play Quidditch with Ellie often, though, to appease his father. Tomas turned out to be quite the Beater, and continued on to play for his team at Hogwarts, but his heart lied in the unknown. From an early age, Tomas loved the air of mystery around the unfamiliar things in life. He fancied himself an archeologist when he was small, and often ‘excavated’ finds in the Wood’s yard. His mother supported his curiosity. Oliver, however, wasn’t too fond of the giant holes in the yard.

Soon, Tomas outgrew the digging of holes on his parents’ property, but the fire didn’t stop burning in him. He began to take interest in puzzles and mystery novels. Tomas liked the mental work it took to try and figure out solutions to problems, and suspects to crimes. It seemed like the Wood’s gave birth to a natural Sherlock Holmes.

At age eleven, Tomas received his long awaited acceptance letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and, as his parents were quite well to do, Tomas only received the best of supplies to kick start his first year, as well as an owl he named (three guesses?) Watson.

In school, Tomas was sorted into the Hufflepuff house. He excelled with his grades in school, and was also the Beater on his House’s Quidditch team. When Ellie came along the year after, he spent much of his free time hanging out with her, listening to her recant the day’s pranks or helping her with her dismal grades.
It’s now Tomas’s seventh and final year at Hogwarts. He hopes to graduate high in his class, and from here he has high hopes to become an Auror for the Ministry of Magic – the Sherlock Holmes of magic, if you will. He’s rather fond of the title.
