Overall Personality: Victoire is one of those people who has an idea of what she wants in life and isn't afraid to chase her dreams. When she puts her mind to something, there is a very, very low chance that she won't actually accomplish whatever it was that she originally set out to do. There are few things that are able to hold her back from going after whatever crazy dream managed to make its way in to her head. She does make sure to stop and think about the things that she's doing, as Victoire likes to have some kind of plan before she goes forth to do something. Vic is headstrong enough that if she really wants to do something, no one will be able to interfere. Along that same path, she has never really been the kind of person to do whatever someone tells her that she needs to do. This can be contributed to the fact that she doesn't particularly care for authority figures.

Family means everything to Victoire and, as she has a rather large family, one of her biggest things to make sure that they're safe and happy. She loves to spend time with the large group and rarely fails to show up at the family gatherings. She cares a lot for her younger siblings, though her relationship is rather strained with Dominique, which is something that Victoire would love to be able to fix. As far as people outside of her family are concerned, Victoire does her best to try and make friends with people, though she isn't one to force her friendship on anyone who obviously isn't interested. While she may give off the first impression that she's a sweet girl, which she can be, Victoire isn't afraid to tell someone her opinion if they've stepped out of line.

Overall History: Fleur Delacour had her eyes on Bill Weasley from the moment she saw him in 1994, at the Triwizard Tournament. In 1995, Fleur took a job at Gringotts to improve her English and, at the time, Bill had a desk job there. It was then the two began dating. A year later, they were married and in 2000, their first child, Victoire was born. The family settled in Godric's Hollow, the place where wizards could live in peace with other wizards and even a few muggles. Victoire's first sign of magic was when she was nearly seven years old and fell from a high tree that she had been climbing. She managed to avoid a harsh impact on the ground and didn't even have a single scratch on her, much to the relief of both of her parents. That same year, while on vacation in Paris, Victoire was given a younger sister, Dominique. From the moment Victoire saw her, she was in love. There was nothing she wouldn't have done for that little girl.

A few short years later, Victoire was offered enrollment at Beauxbatons as well as Hogwarts. The decision was a hard one to make, but she ultimately chose Hogwarts over Beauxbatons, finding that she wanted to be closer to the rest of her other family members. While she attended school, Victoire always did her very best and found that she excelled in Potions, as well as healing magic. It was in Victoire's third year when she began a relationship with Teddy Lupin, though didn't exactly make it known to the rest of her family, unless directly asked. In her fifth year, she became a Prefect and went on to be Head Girl in her sixth and seventh years.

After graduating from Hogwarts, Victoire traveled around the world for a two years, stopping all over Europe and Asia, as well as North and South America. There was such a large world out there and she wanted to be able to see it. When she returned to Godric's Hollow, Victoire applied for a healing position at St. Mungo's and managed to get the position. Since then, she has been working diligently to help as many people as she can, from healing creature induced injuries to injuries involving toxic plants and even people falling from their brooms. However, at the same time, Victoire is making sure that she is keeping a somewhat close eye on her siblings, as well as the rest of her family, in case something comes up in which they need her.

Over the summer of 2023, Teddy proposed to Victoire, to which she readily agreed. It was through this, and a few other things, that Victoire was able to begin rebuilding a healthy relationship with Dominique. In August of 2024, Victoire and Teddy welcomed twins Gabrielle Nymphadora and Remus William into their family. The family lives in Ottery St. Catchpole, which allows them to remain close to their large family without being on top of one another. Victoire has recently started back up at her job as a Healer at St. Mungo's.

As Victoire looked down at the napping toddlers in their beds, she couldn’t help but smile warmly. This was everything that she had ever wanted. She had a husband, children, a house of her own… She had a relationship with her sister and everything was going amazing. There was that nagging thought in the back of her head, that surely something would go bad soon. Something had to go bad. There was no way that she could just keep this happy little life that she and Teddy had created for themselves. Something would happen, because something always did. She often tried to rationalize with herself, remind herself that she was just being crazy and that nothing bad had to happen. Vic was used to not letting herself get too content in her happiness, because that was the moment when it would all come crashing down, faster and then all at once as it slapped her right in the face.

But it had been quite some time since anything bad had actually happened. In fact, the last time something bad truly happened had been while Niqui was still in school, when she had been attacked by Sebastien. It was an act that was a complete accident and the family had learned to move past it. They had known Sebastien since he was a child, their families were the closest of friends and if there was one thing he would never intentionally do, it was hurt Dominique. That much had been shown in the way he was protective over her. It was animalistic, but she supposed that was to be expected when one was a werewolf. She had noticed the subtle change in her sister as well. She was more protective of Seb in return and that was likely the turning point for the whole family - the point when they were finally able to realize that he wasn’t being a possessive asshole. He was protecting the one he loved.

In a way, Victoire understood that. She felt fiercely protective over Teddy as well as Gabrielle and Remus. They were her world and she would do anything to keep them safe. She smiled again at the children before making her way out silently out of their room. They would be down for at least an hour, if not more. She was also off of work today so that meant she would have the chance to get some things down around the house. The blonde would feel a lot better if she got some things actually accomplished around here.
