Overall Personality: Gabriel is a generally quiet guy. When he's with his friends, he is loud and always the first to a fight. He has a temper and the school record to prove it. He's been in a few fights either defending himself, or defending his friends. He does have a reputation for being a hot head and it's considered a bit of a right of passage for people to fight with Gabe in order to graduate. That was the reason he got kicked off his quidditch team, then again his best friend's sister was sexually assaulted by a Ruhig beater on the team. When the professors finally pulled Gabe off him, the boy was bloody and had to stay in the Hospital Wing for a month.

When Gabe is with his friends, he tends to be calmer and less likely to jump to aggression. He does tend to hang around with a lot of girls, because he loves flirting and tends to protect his females friends as if he was an older brother. He knows his limits with them and would never push them to date him if they didn't want to. He does sometimes have a problem with his female friends wanting more out of a relationship from him than he's willing to give them. He recently lost his best friend since first year when she gave him an ultimatum of date me, or stop talking to me. He chose not to lead her on and just stopped their friendship.

Overall History: Gabriel Romanov is the oldest child of Jonathan and Apolline Romanov. He grew up in Moscow, Russia and soon after his birth became a big brother. He was practically raised in his father's gym, learning how to box and defend himself. Jonathan always felt that a man would have to learn how to defend his home and family and pushed Gabriel to work hard. His father taught him how to fight, but also how to be a good man. Gabriel idolized his father and always wanted to be just like him.

That was until Gabriel was nine, when he turned nine his father announced that he was in love with another woman and was moving out. Apolline fought for custody of the two children and moved them to St. Petersburg to get away from their father and his girlfriend. Gabriel stopped caring about things after that, he stopped training how to box and started to mouth off more when he was forced to see his father. He became fiercely protective of his baby sister and his mother, it came to a point where his father drunkenly called his mother a frigid bitch and Gabriel punched him in the face. That was the last time Gabriel was ever forced to visit with his father.

When he was eleven, he was accepted to Durmstrang. Apolline was so proud of her son, she brought him to Grindlewald Village in Oslo and let him pick out everything he wanted. His final gift was a barn owl with pure black feathers. He named the owl Loki and loved her very much. When he sat on the stool under the Sorting Hat, he was placed in Grimm because of his fearless nature.

He is now in his final year and wants to continue onto becoming an auror and kicking ass on a professional level.
