Overall History: Adelaide was born into a very rich, pureblood, wizarding family in the capital of France. As a child, she was given everything anyone could ever dream of. Her parents spoiled her until she was almost ruined.
At seventeen, they realized their mistake and sent her to live with her grandmother, a prim, proper witch who put huge emphasis on behavior and manners. The woman soon whipped Adelaide into shape, turning the spoiled brat into a well rounded young woman with reserve, respect and refined social behavior.
When Adelaide graduated from Beaubatons, she set out to become a teacher herself and help the modern youth as her grandmother had helped her. She specialized in Ancient Mythology and eventually got a job as the Mythology teacher at her old school. It wasn't too long before she climbed the ladder of success and obtained the position of Headmistress.
