Overall Personality: Leo is your typical gentleman. His whole charisma when one first meets him is charming, and quite polite. The man has strong views and an open mind, since he has seen much with traveling around the world, and even learning new things from his students. He is patient and observant, and loves anything that has to do with education in and outside a school setting. Leo enjoys simple pleasures - such as visiting beautiful places, trying new food, and different cultures. He is a man all about culture, and very patriotic when it comes to his area. Not to mention his job and the school that he attended. He is quite passionate about his occupation, and tries to be both a fun an educational teacher. From time to time he will break the rules and go out of the normal teaching comfort zone to better connect with his students.
Leo suffers from major depression and sometimes finds himself in a rut. He has a bad habit of forgetting to take his medication. His illness usually interfers with his personal relationships, and that's why he usually spends time on his own even though he dislikes to be alone. He feels disgusted with himself on a daily basis and is hardly ever pleased with things he does. Deep down he is a very caring and hardworking man, but sometimes he loses interest in things that he once loved. He is a quiet guy, but never shy. For the most part he likes being around company and only those he manages to have an intimate relationship with will he open up too. Sadly this is something that is rare for Leo because he knows he is hard to handle when it comes to establishing good terms with some people, even when they want to be in his life.

Overall History: Leo's family had always been a fine line of purebloods who attended Durmstrang. They came from Norwegian aristocrats, and were an extremely wealthy family. Their wealth did not make them arrogant and uncaring people, for the most part they were a generous family, and would glady share their wealth to those they were affiliated with when needed. Just like the rest of the Kemper's Leo when to Durmstrange for seven years. His family was so proud, and knew that he would bring honor an success to their name. They had happened to be correct. After graduating from Durmstrang, Leo went off to university to durther broaden his education, and decided he wanted to become a teacher. During his summer's he did many part time jobs in Diagon Alley, and traveled frequently with his family. He fell in love with traveling, and made it something he did alone in his adulthood once he finally obtained a decent paying job.
His fifth year at Durmstrang he met the woman of his dreams. Olivia Burnheart. Her family was not very wealthy, but she was madly in love with Leo when they were younger. They went to separate schools after Durmstrang, but did everything in their power to make their relationship last. Shortly after attending different schools, Leo had decided to propose to Olivia. He had been madly in love with her, but she had left him for another man two years after their wedding. She could not stand his constant needs and medication, and did not like how much he had traveled. She wanted a man to settle down with her, and she had left him for a man who was even wealthier than Leo's family. Olivia happened to be a very materialistic woman, and a down right cold hearted bitch. For awhile Leo had refused to go to work and it was his younger siblings who helped him get back on his feet. Months after the incident with his wife leaving him Leo promised himself he would never let anyone else into his life, and that he would just focus on his teachings.
