Considering he is still residing in school his outfits our of course centered around that of his schools uniform. When he gets an off day his mother had always been the type of lady that made sure he was dress to impress. Which means he always is wearing a nicer shirt, like button-ups, or plaid, or even a regular ol' t-shirt with no stains of course. He prefers to wear jeans, with no holes, or anything of the sort. He's an adventure seeker and you can't really go getting dress slacks dirty after all.

Overall Personality:
He's been one of those boys that has always been eager to please since day one. He learned to walk as a toddler within a week of his parents teaching him how. He has a keen sense to make people happy, and that often means he'll do whatever it takes to achieve that goal. Not to say he's the type of man that will be pleasing anyone that crosses his path. Oh no, if the boy doesn't like you he won't pretend to, and he won't try to make you happy. It's only his parents, and that of his friends. The people that don't care if he fails, but he doesn't want to fail for them.

He is also always eager to learn and do his best at anything he's doing...rather it be school work or out on the Qudditch pitch. He's also been known to get himself into trouble...not on purpose by any means. But he is a boy and "boys will be boys" right? Well he's a typical boy that likes to get his hands, and feet dirty. He likes the good outdoors, and he likes to go for a swim. And he likes to go seeking for things to do.

The trouble can come from going into places he's not wanted or well...starting fights. Its just that...don't mess with his friends, or his family because he won't be handling it very well and he will cast some spells at a person. It takes a lot to make the man mad but when you do...just be warned.

When it comes to girls...this is where his bravery has a fault. He's not good with them...he stumbles over words, turns red in the face and it becomes hard for him to communicate. That is only when he really likes the girl...it's rare for him to fall for a girl, but when he does...he does.

In other words...the boy is decent in school, good at spells, loyal, brave, not all that great with girls, and always seeking adventure.

Overall History:
Miracle baby that's what they would call him. It had been unclear for many years if the Vickers would ever be able to have a child. From day one Ms. Vickers had wanted a baby but it never seemed like it was in the stars for them. A loving couple that faced a hardship seemed to be facing another obstacle. You see Anthony and Marabell were never supposed to end up together. Marabell came from a family of purebloods and was to be married off to one of the finest men around...Xavier Montague and continued on with the tradition of raising a pureblooded family together. This had never been on Marabell's mind because she didn't love that man...he was vile, and abusive. And when she met Anthony everything became so clear to her...but he was a half-blood from a poor family. Within due time she couldn't handle it any longer...these lies she lived, she wanted to be with Anthony and right before her wedding she ran off and never looked back.

Growing up even in the mist of not the richest home in the world Seamus had still been very much loved. His parents made sure he gathered up a good education at Salem, and always made sure that he got everything he needed to succeed. His father had even taken him to a Qudditch Game when he was eleven. Throughout his years at Salem he managed good grades but always seemed to have a case of adhd. He could do the spells just fine...but when it came down to the writing part it was never that great of a joy.

As the years progressed...he started to hit puberty and take a liking to girls. It wasn't until his fifth year of school when he was at a different school because of the triwizard tournament that he met a girl he really liked. He managed to ask her out and they went on a few dates but as the year progressed on and came to an end they decided it'd be best to end the short lived relationship. It was difficult on him because he actually really liked the girl and he'd never felt that way for anyone before. But he understood the distance and they seemed to have lost track. He didn't keep up with her very well because shortly after that ended a nightmare unfolded in his home.

Everything was tense when he came home that summer. His dad had various bruises, and cuts. And nobody would tell him what was going on. The once close family had been torn apart because his father had gotten in with the wrong crowd. It seemed they had been short on money so his dad took a liking to borrowing money from a man that was like playing with fire. Needless to say his father could never get that money paid off which resulted in his father's death. Leaving Seamus and his mom alone in the world with no where to turn but back to living with his mother's mom, in France. It was also the safest place for them to go as to not draw attention to themself and have that man coming looking for them.

Which resulted in Seamus having to move schools...the school closer to his mom, and that of a new surrounding to keep him safe.
