Overall Personality: Felix is sort of a strange man. First appearance assume he is quite well mannered and straight forward. Were that is not wrong he is hardly as straight laced as that. Felix is far more fun loving than his clean simple style would assume. Honestly he is kind of air headed. More so his head tends to be in the clouds, simple social cues confuse him.[break]

Felix is very intelligent actually. He knows a fair amount about a lot of things but is absolutely passionate about Nordic history. This is what drew him to his position in the first place.This hunger for knowledge drives Felix to books more than people. Not to mention that books can’t talk back.[break]

Now Felix is actually very high spirited he is full of energy and talks with his hands. He has hit more than one person because of that fun little habit. It’s worse when he is talking about The history of his people or teaching. He will pace and exclaim points, even blurt out random Rune’s. His lessons might seem a little scatterbrained but it’s just his mind moving fast than his mouth so he often has to repeat himself. As annoying as that could sound Felix has been told it’s rather infectious and just shows how much he loves the subject. [break]

Though he has a perfectly lovable (or at least sometimes) personality friends are hard things for Felix to come by. He doesn’t really know how to start relating to people. Almost never will Felix initiate the conversation, that’s probably because he is too busy reading or frantically taking notes. If Felix doesn’t find a conversation interesting he will often just walk away from it, or sigh loudly and awkwardly. He does like the company of people if they can enrich his life. The reason he loves teaching is because people have to listen to the thing he loves talking about. [break]

It is safe to say that Felix can rub plenty of people the wrong way, by being dismissive, weird or rude. It’s more of a he doesn’t like having his time wasted. There is a good chance that Felix wouldn’t even remember if he insulted a person or not. He is also terrible with names. He forces so much in his head every day that names are the first to be forced out. Though he will try shamelessly to stick a name to a person “Hey Paul! “It’s Perry” “Right Gary,” that sort of thing. The good news is if someone is willing to forgive his blatant disregard to friendship and being personable they can be his friend and he will be more than happy to get a drink and have a lovely conversation (as long as it’s interesting ;]) with them. Now the true tricky life situation for Felix is love. He doesn’t have a mind for it. He forgets that people like to touch and kiss. It’s the emotional connection he appreciates, the physical Felix can tend to live without for long periods of time. He finds people attractive but he likes admiring. He would rather stair at a pretty girl than have sex with her, or boy for that matter. An attractive person is an attractive person to Felix, though his tendency’s end to leave towards women more often. In general it’s all fair game if the stars are aligned. When he is in a relationship though Felix is fiercely loyal. Felix will treat his relationship like he does Ancient Runes. He falls hard and fast. Also he is kind of overly jealous too. Overall History: Felix was born on a snowy night in Sweden. He was the first child. Growing up Felix was bookish. He loved books more than going out and playing. He had a younger sister who would often bug and whine until he would set down his book and fallow her out into the yard to run and play. In the winter they would always build the biggest and best snow man that they could. [break]

Their childhood was normal, for a magic family anyway. Or at lest that is what he thought. In actuality Felix didn’t try and meet other kids. He would hang out with his sister sure, but he would often just get cozy in his room and do his own thing. Elsa was by far the social butterfly of the two. [break]

At the age of eleven he got a letter inciting him to Dermstang. School was easy for him he had always been a good studier, reading being one of his favorite pass times. OF course there were subjects that he found far more interesting. Runes. It was the history and the use of them that made his eyes grow wide with wonder. [break]

The part that was hard for Felix was making friends. He didn’t seem to interact the way normal kids did. He would interrupt people, or cut them off in conversations. It all depended on if they had anything worth saying to him. It wasn’t a problem he ever fit with the argument that he felt it didn’t need to be. [break]

He ended up finishing it up with no problem. For a short time Felix traveled, to England, Span and France. While in France he visited his sister who ended up at the Beauxbaton Achademy, where their mother had attended school. While it was a lovely visit France was not a place that Felix wanted to stay. At the age of 23 he ended up in America finding a position at Salem getting a job as the Ancient Runes teacher.[break]

While his focus was mostly on teaching and making sure that he could at least get some kids excited about Runes it would seem that Salem had plans to teach Felix that he could find love. Four the first couple of years at Salem Felix would stay in his room and the library. Sure he made friends, that was only with like minded professors. Students knew quickly that he wouldn't tolerate slacking. [break]

After a couple of years at a staff meeting Felix met Harrow Satagori. Harrow was the Care of Magical Creatures Professor and honestly someone who Felix would sneak little peaks at whenever they happened to be around each other. Surprisingly Harrow asked Felix out that night. They got along far better than Felix ever thought they would. Sure Harrow was cute but Felix was someone who was often hard to get to know. With Harrow it was easy to sit there and listen, along with open up and talk to. [break]

They started dating and everything was splendid. Well sort of. Felix's bad habit of not being sexual was hurting their relationship. It took eight months for them to finally have their first time. A week later Harrow broke up with Felix. After their first time Felix pulled back again. It was too much for Harrow so decided to leave.It crushed Felix. [break]

At first Felix was in denial. It seemed like Harrow was as well. That or Harrow could tell how bad Felix was with dealing with heart break. Once winter holiday came around it seemed that Harrow couldn't keep doing the friend thing and started to be around Felix less and less. Felix felt lost and useless without Harrow. He had been so depended for all their relationship. [break]

He went and visited Elsa over the break trying to get back to his old self. It sort of worked. School started up again and Felix could at least work, though his students claimed he was a lot harder on his grading. He dove into Runes again but it was more like when he first started at Salem. He locked himself in his class room and office so that he could avoid running into his ex.[break]

Valentines day rolled around and as luck would have it that was the day that Felix ran into Harrow. He learned that Harrow had moved on. Or sort of. The two spent the day together and that turned into them staying the night and getting back together. Felix and Harrow jumped head first into the second chance at their relationship and found a house to move into together the next day.[break]

It is taking a while between work and spending time with each other to get the house in order. Because of that Felix would often find other places to work on lesson plans and grading. One day he was at the Laughing Gnome Inn getting work done. One of his students joined him at the table. The very pregnant Clover Wynne. She ended up going into labor then. Felix managed to hold it together for long enough to deliver the baby. Promptly afterwords he passed out.[break]

Harrow came to his rescue to make sure that Felix was okay. They walked home and then dipped in the tub to wash off all the mess from the birth. They spent some much needed time together that ended with Harrow proposing. Of course Felix said yes. Felix even had rings that his mother had given to him on his 18th birthday hoping that one day her son would find someone to share them with. Now he is busy getting ready for the remaining months of the school year and still trying to get his home with Harrow settled and also facing the task of a wedding to plan.[break]


School finished in a blur. They managed to get their little home together finally. It seemed to be just in time because Felix talked his sister into coming up. He meet with her first over lunch. The conversation wasn't exactly what Felix was hoping it would be. She was hesitant to just believe that everything was as wonderful as it was. She was the one who had to pick up the pieces back when Harrow had broken up with him. Still Felix reiterated that it was fine and she needed to trust him. She was just afraid that Felix was going to replace her with Harrow. Felix might have loved Harrow with everything he was but Elsa was his sister, he could never replace her. [break]

She might not have been convinced completely but she stayed at Felix and Harrow home until they went back home to Sweden. Midsummer weekend came and it was time to take Harrow to meet the family. Felix was nervous. Harrow didn't know exactly what Felix was brought up in. Felix came up with money, his childhood home was a large Swedish manor. It went far better than he ever imagined. His parents loved Harrow. Sure they had grilled him. It was understandable they just wanted to make sure that their son understood that commitment that he was getting into. [break]

The weekend went great. There was dancing and drinking and singing. The celebration went on for days and Felix had a blast showing Harrow his home and culture. Now it is Felix's turn to meet Harrow's family. He is not nearly as nervous as he was going back to Sweden. He had no doubt that Harrow's family will be anything less than wonderful. [reabk]

After meeting each other's family's a date for the wedding was finally set. Christmas. It would be a beautiful red and white wedding. Of course that meant planning along with getting back into the swing of the school year. Felix and Harrow were busy with everything but of course that didn't keep Felix from doing his very best to have a surprise ready for his fiance on his birthday. Felix had added onto their home, hiding the surprise with a charm. For Harrow's birthday he had built the love his life some stables. Despite never being one for animal's Felix knew how much having horses around would mean to Harrow. [break]

Their wedding date with approaching so fast. Felix was doing his best to keep it under control but all the planning and school clearly had him frazzled. His sister's attitude was not helping in the slightest. Luckily Felix did have Harrow their to help make it all easier. One of the ways that was done came up on Halloween. Instead of going to a party or staying home and passing out sweets they went to Vegas. If it was for any other reason Felix would have hated the place, but they were actually their to get everything squared away, and have their own little wedding just for them. So they eloped on Halloween without telling a single person. [break]

They still did have their winter wedding, declaring their love in front of family and friends on Christmas. It was a beautiful wedding and worth all the headache. The honeymoon was spent traveling Scandinavia where Felix showed Harrow all of his favorite places. Back to reality it was when the second half of the school year came up. Felix was excited to get back to life without having to worry about this or that. [break]

He should have known better than to think he could breath more than three months without something coming up. Harrow wanted a family, it was something that Felix always knew about the man he married, but he didn't expect to be asked about bring a child into the mix on valentines day. Of course Felix wasn't going to deny his husband something that he was so clearly born to be. Harrow's sister had offered to segregate, so it was set up and they were given the news that she was carrying a healthy baby a month later.
