Overall Personality: Alina has always been kind, willing to lend people a hand when they needed it. But there's only so much of that a person can take before they break - and break she did. She wasn't going to let people walk all over her. When they began to push, she pushed back. You could bet it was almost always harder than the first push. In her fourth year, she gave up tutoring because it wasn't really beneficial to her, only to the kids who leeched off of her.

Alina doesn't really display any traits of fear, which likely comes from the way that she was brought up. Self control is something that she lacks in certain senses, as she's very likely to let her mouth go off before she stops to think about what she's saying. Then again, even if she did stop to think, it probably wouldn't deter the words that leave her lips. Ultimately, as far as Alina is concerned, you're either with her or against her, with very little margin for room in between. Getting what she wants (or getting her way) is priority number one.

In 2002, Hanna and Terrence gave birth to their first and only child, a daughter they called Alina. Alina was born and raised in the northern part of California, though she spent a couple of years in Romania when she was around six years old. It was at that early age that her parents got her dual citizenship between the two countries and, as far as Alina was concerned, it was everything she could have asked for. Romania was a lot different than what she could have possibly hoped for and, because of the support that her family had back home, it was a serious thought for them to relocate back to their homeland. However, when Alina began to show signs of magical abilities, they knew that they couldn't uproot their daughter, especially since she already had a cousin attending the school in Salem.

It was really no surprise that these abilities were making themselves apparent in Alina, though. She was the daughter of people who had followed the Dark Lord through thick and thin and even now, after his clear demise, were hopeful that he would return to them. If not him, hopefully someone would come up and take his place, making the world a better place for the lack of muggles and blood traitors.

A couple weeks after returning back home to California, a strange, yet familiar letter arrived in the mail. Though it was strange in appearance, it was no secret what it was; this wasn't the first time that they were seeing it, after all. With the help of her cousin, Alina went to get her school supplies as soon as she was able to. Everything seemed so different and magical and Alina couldn't believe that everything she'd heard about was so very real. Upon arriving at the school, she was sorted into Paomet. Despite the fact that she didn't have a lot of background knowledge, Alina caught on relatively quickly and impressed many of her professors. Before she knew it, she was even helping to tutor kids who weren't fully grasping some of the things that were being taught.

It was during this time that more of her personality began to develop. Alina was often kind, but she wasn't going to let anyone push her around. Her school years went by fairly quietly and she certainly has no desire to go back to those days. Alina has been out of school for two and a half years and in that time, she's continued to work around the school, assisting here and there as it was needed. She maintains her citizenship and has actually helped her parents move back to their native Romania.
