KAYLEE AMELIA HARRISTON

Kaylee was born on a late winter night.  Her parents were nervous, she is an only child and their parents weren't around to help them through the birth or through any of the pain. Kaylee was born to her pureblood parents at 12:02am on a very special day, christmas in 2002, making her 22 now.  They were excited beyond belief.  They raised Kaylee to believe that everyone was equal no matter the blood, or the race.  When her magical abilities first started to show her parents decided to educate her in magic on their own.  So as they could also keep her in a muggle school.  They believe that she should get as much education as possible.  That way she could decide on her own when the time came.  Kaylee was fifteen when her mother got sick, very sick.  That was the first year she attend Salem.  She hadn't been able to understand half the things they taught her but she was still going to try her best.  She was lost half the time when the professors were teaching.  Although the difficulties were there, she still passed with very high marks, because of how well she was at writing exams.  

Once Kaylee had graduated from Salem she moved back in with her dad to try and help to take care of her mother.  She was also in her spare time studying at a school to finish her education in the muggle schools she had attended her whole life.  Once she was done with her muggle education she ended up going to a post-secondary school for interior decorating, deciding not to completely dive into the magical realm.  When she was eighteen, two months before her nineteenth birthday her mother passed away.  When this happened her father abandoned her saying that she reminded him too much of her mother.  Kaylee struggled for the first couple months but finally decided to bar tend, because she was able to make a decent amount of money doing this.  One afternoon she was approached by an older couple, who owned a bar in a place called knockturn Alley, in England.  They offered her a place to stay and a job to do.  They also explained to her that they were her grandparents.  She was in shock at first, because her parents had never told her about any of her other family.  She agreed to take the job on one condition, saying that they needed to teach her about all of her families past.  She wanted to know everything.  They happily explained about the wizarding war, and that her parents had bought been brought up in pureblood families, the concept was still a little fuzzy for her, but she knew that some families believed themselves more powerful because of their blood. 

Her grandparents are know educating her on possible rise of deatheaters, and trying to keep her happy, while she stays with them.  Kaylee is a social person, but doesn't know too many people, she has only been living in England for about six months, so she's met the usuals at the bar, and her grandparents, on both sides.
