Remington Nathan Greyback

Part 1: The Basics

What is your full name? 

Well I was named Remington Nathan Greyback. I would rather have my mother's maiden name Notte. But, I got what I've got. Anyways I don't go by Remington. Everyone just calls me Remy.

Where and when were you born? 

I was born eighteen years ago in Godric's Hollow.

Who are/were your parents?

My father is Fenir Greyback and mother, Isabella Notte. I honestly don't know what my dad does, or even met him, but my mother is a healer at Mungo's.

Do you have any siblings?

I have a few out there. Some I have met and some I haven't. I don't know them very well.

Where do you live now, and with whom?

It's not the most impressive, but I still live with my mother. She hasn't kicked me out and Godric's Hollow is wonderful.

What is your occupation? 

I'm currently going to Aridon, I'm a history major. I sort of want to teach at Hogwarts.

To which social class do you belong?

We basically live in middle class, my mother is a healer and we survive and have some of our wants, nothing expensive.

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses? 

Um, I'm pretty well off physically. No allergies, no diseases. I'll get the cold or flu every once in awhile, but nothing extreme.

Are you right- or left-handed? 

Completely left handed, makes some meals or lessons difficult.

What does your voice sound like?

Erm, low I guess. Not completely deep but it's not high. Odd question, that one was.

What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently? 

I'm not sure. That is actually a phrase I might use a lot. Or apparently. I love that word... Let's have an actual conversation later and you can figure it out.

What do you have in your pockets? 

Well, let's see... there is my wand... a pen... gum... a few coins... that's it.

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

When I get nervous, my leg bounces a lot. I bite my lip when I'm thinking and I tend to people watch a lot.

Part 2: Growing Up

How would you describe your childhood in general?

It was nice. We lived an easy lifestyle. I get along great with my mother. We came to an understanding when I became a little older. So we live hand in hand most of the time. But then I started going through the change. It complicated things, but my mother was prepared thanks to the house she bought I was usually locked up in the basement and fed the potion continuously.

What is your earliest memory? 

There was a holiday party at Mungo's. My mother was getting praise. I think I was five. I was slipped so many chocolates by the employees. I also danced a lot and played with many children that I normally didn't see.

How much schooling have you had? 

I went to primary school while growing up, then went to Hogwarts. I was sorted into Gryffindor. I currently am in my first year at Aridon right now.

Did you enjoy school?

Oh I love school! It led to many great memories and a few bad ones, but that is any school. I loved history of magic and muggle studies most of all. I was a bit of a nerd. I also loved the people there, well some of them.

Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities? 

Through books mostly and schooling. The school is basically designed for it, right?

While growing up, did you have any role models?

I guess, Harry Potter was mine. I mean, everything he did, along with Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. It is amazing! I could never do what they did. Courage, strength, determination, loyalty, strength, I want all those qualities. I like to think I have them.

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family? 

All I have is my mother, and we were great together. We are almost the same person, so we were able to understand each other and work things out. Not to mention I was a bit mature for my age. No father to look up to, I sort of had to become my own person instead of look and rely on that person.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be an auror in all honesty.

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

Quidditch was a great sport, but I usually got way too aggressive at times and was usually kicked off the field.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?

Responsible, loyal, caring, quiet, friendly, but at times I did get aggressive and bratty, my temper does have a short fuse. But that's what you get when you're a werewolf, right?

As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like? 

Greyback is a popular name, you definitely get some friends and enemies right off the back, but I kept to myself a lot and made sure I wasn't one of the rumors.

When and with whom was your first kiss? 

Hey, hey, hey. That is definitely a personal question. But it was my first girlfriend, Nicole. She lived outside of Godric's Hollow and we were together for the summer after my third year honestly. It didn't last long and wasn't a big deal, I guess.

Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity? 

Well in my sixth year I did get incredibly serious with this one girl, a Slytherin. It was during Christmas Holiday. SHe brought me home to meet her parents. They enjoyed me and let me stay over. And well, one thing led to another. We broke up half way through seventh year. I was pretty beat up about it.

Are you just a wizard or witch with any other abilities? 

Werewolf, thanks to my father.

Part 3: Beliefs And Opinions

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?

Realist!

What is your greatest fear?

Killing during the full moon.

What are your religious views?

Never thought about it...

What are your political views?

Let you know when they are required to be viewed upon.

What are your views on sex?

It's great! But shouldn't be taken lightly. Single parenting is horrible. Or at least that's what I can observe.

Are you able to kill? Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable?

I am able to. I think anyone can. But in all honesty, killing should be deserved or in defense. I dunno what can happen to have someone to deserve it, but defense sometimes is needed.

In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do?

Torture in any way.

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

I'm not sure. I never thought about it. I guess, if it happens I believe in it but since I dunno what to base it on, I guess not.

What do you believe makes a successful life?

Happiness for sure!

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings? 

Extremely honest, ask me a question and I'll answer it. I get called a jerk sometimes because of it or uncaring. But hey, honesty is honesty. I would rather have it than be lied to.

Do you have any biases or prejudices? 

I don't think so...

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?

I refuse to miss my potion dosage. Injure someone as well. I just think its irresponsible and unnecessary

Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?

There is many on this list, family, friends, and well anyone innocent.

Part 4: Relationships With Others

In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

It does depend on the person. Some people I get along with incredibly well and some people I just can't stand. But majority of the time I am polite, friendly, welcoming. I try to be an upstanding person. At least for my mother. SH taught me and I'm just putting it to use.

Who is the most important person in your life, and why? 

My mother. She gave up a lot to keep me. I use to hear her cry a lot. My birth was not an option for her. Some things happen. I owe her a whole lot.

Who is the person you respect the most, and why? 

Most authority figures and women. I was raised right I guess?

Who are your friends? Do you have a best friend?

I had some trouble making friends growing up but in my first year I did meet one girl who was someone completely different. Rose didn't care about my name or what I was. She hung out with me, talked to me and we got really close. She's my best friend for sure.

Do you have a spouse or significant other?

No spouse, and I haven't really had a significant other since my seventh year.

Have you ever been in love?

I thought I was... it didn't work out.

What do you look for in a potential lover?

I'm not sure! I don't think about it. If I connect well with someone, then I go for it, if I don't then I ignore it.

How close are you to your family?

Seeing it's just my mother, extremely close.

Have you started your own family?

So not at that point yet.

Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why? 

I only trust two people and I have reason to trust them.

If you died or went missing, who would miss you? 

Hopefully my mother and friends.

Who is the person you despise the most, and why? 

I... There is no one.

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict? 

Avoid conflict unless necessary.

Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations? 

Surprisingly yes. I get involved a lot and can take a lead when needed. Only way to get things done is to do it yourself right? PLus I'm trustworthy and get down to business.

Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?

I rather be in a small group. Too many people make things hard to follow in all honesty.

Do you care what others think of you?

In all honesty, nope. I am who I am, oh well.

Part 5: Likes And Dislikes

What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes?

Reading and quidditch. Both are my favorite things to do.

What is your most treasured possession?

My wand.

What is your favorite color?

Red

What is your favorite food?

Pasta, fettucini

What, if anything, do you like to read?

Love it!

Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit?

I've had a few drunken nights, but nothing extreme.

How do you spend a typical Saturday night?

Either jumping in on a quidditch game or studying.

What makes you laugh?

Anything to be honest!

What, if anything, shocks or offends you?

Um nothing really, give it a try!

What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?

I do have insomnia and I read... a lot!

How do you deal with stress?

I breathe and clear my mind. Stress leads trouble for me.

Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?

I don't plan stuff. I just do it.

Part 7: Self Images And Etc.

Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted? 

Get up, get ready, go to class, come home, study, maybe work out. I'll eat a lot in between those activities. I don't have a set routine so it doesn't upset me if something else happens.

What is your greatest strength as a person?

Loyalty for sure.

What is your greatest weakness?

I'm a softy?

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? 

My last name. I probably could but hell, I never tried to really.

Are you generally introverted or extroverted?

I'm in between.

Are you generally organized or messy? 

My room is clean, but my writings or notes are messy. So in between.

Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at.

I'm good at writing, talking and flying. I'm bad at paying attention, time management, and sleeping.

Do you like yourself?

Yeah, why not?

What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?

Make my mother proud, like she didn't make a mistake.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hopefully teaching in Hogwarts.

If you could choose, how would you want to die?

In my sleep, and old

If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.

I dunno what I would do until the time comes.

What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?

Maybe a published history book... Or I was someone to look up to...

Loyal, understanding, fun.

Quiet, trustworthy, helpful.
