Abaddon yawned and tried to hide his face in the pillow, the sun streaming through his window was enough to wake him up a good hour before was normally acceptable for the summer. He groaned, hearing Aria in the shower next door to his room. She was belting out some trendy preteen hit, sounding more like a cat in heat than his darling little sister. Abe took the pillow and threw it at the wall connecting the two rooms, hoping that with some effort it would be able to shut up his sister. Even if it only succeeded in making him uncomfortable without his pillow. The only flaw in an otherwise brilliant plan.
The dark haired boygrabbed his glasses, returning his vision to normal and laid back on his pillow-less bed for a moment. Raina was busy with her family in England for the day, so he would have to find something else to fill his day. Barosa, his sleek black cat pawed at his face, meowing loudly for some attention from him. Abaddon laughed and reached for some of the treats that the cat loved so much. After some patting of the beige carpet, Abaddon found the small bag of treats and found it was empty. Barosa, however, did not seem to accept that as an excuse. The black cat started to paw at his glasses, clearly urging the young wizard to go to Diagon Alley and fix this lapse in judgement.
He got out of bed, straightening the blankets a little bit to keep his mother happy and patted Barosa on the top of his head.
"I'll be back, buddy."
Abaddon dressed in a tshirt and clean jeans, tied his sneakers onto his feet and slipped out of the house before Aria could insist on coming along with him. He loved his younger sister, but he hated trying to keep track of her in the busy area. If he lost Aria, he would be killed by his parents. Abaddon quickly made his way to Diagon Alley, enjoying the bustling of witches and wizards enjoying their summer all around him. Abe walked down the cobblestone street, smiling at the little kids going around on their toy broomsticks, the parents pointing out different window displays to each other. He could even see a few muggle parents walking around with their magical children. The parents eyes the size of saucers just trying to take in and appriciate the world that their children were part of.
The dark haired boy smiled when he saw the proper store and opened the door, promptly crashing into another patron, knocking the other person to the floor.
"Oh my Merlin! I'm so sorry!"
