Puck wasn't ever one for the conventions of life. He hated being what people expected him to be, and he really hated when people accused him of being predictable. When he realized that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Persephone, nothing in the world was strong enough to deter him from the idea. He was set on making her his wife and when she said yes, he never knew such true happiness in his life. She agreed to be his wife, to take his name, but more than all of that she agreed to be with just him. They had moments together when he had been sure they would be able to have that life with just the two of them, but there was always a nagging question in his head. Always wondering if he would be able to be enough for her on his own.
As long as she was wearing that opal ring, he knew that he would be.
Puck climbed his brother's fire escape, unsure if the eldest would be home or if he would be in class, or even out with that girlfriend of his. Ever since Persephone agreed to be his wife, Puck was sure that the smile would never leave his face. He was too happy that within his lifetime, he would be able to call her his wife.
Checking the bedroom window, he grinned finding it cracked a bit. Just enough to wiggle his fingers in and lift open the window and slip in. Puck was sure that Tyr's neighbors were use to his antics, and usually just laughed at him. Thankfully. He really didn't want to have to explain to his brother that he was breaking into his apartment just to surprise him. Where was the fun in that? Puck closed the window behind him, checking the bed to make sure that Tyreese wasn't currently having an intimate moment with the blonde Shea. Or anyone else for that matter. Not that his brother would cheat, but in case they broke up or something.
Puck raced from the bedroom, checking every other room of the apartment for his brother. When there was no sign of the oldest, Puck made a face and helped himself to some left over pasta in the fridge and sat on Tyreese's counter to enjoy it while waiting for his brother.
