Overall Personality: Naomi is a bit of a wild card. She's got acid in her snarls and sunshine in her smile. It all depends on how she is treated. When she deals with her student, she tries to be as kind as possible, because she worries for them. Niel's son committing suicide influenced her methods greatly, because she always wants to keep students from ending their lives.

With her professors, she's got a little more of a back bone. She saw how the former staff took advantage of her father when it came to her biological mother. She knows that don't always take her seriously, and will do whatever she can to make sure that they do.

Overall History: Naomi was born to a less than pleasant environment. Her mother manipulated her father into staying in a loveless marriage. Mikhail was the headmaster of Massri at the time and hoped that he would just be able to divorce his wife with little fanfare. The news of his daughter on the way kept him in the marriage, and once Naomi was born he spoiled her rotten. There was no better thing for Mikhail than to take his Naomi around the school. Together they would explore everywhere, to the point that her mother became jealous of the attention he gave their daughter, so to retaliate against Mikhail, her mother began a series of affairs with the professors at Massri.

Mikhail found out when he found Naomi in the staff room to her own devices and found his wife and their Herbology professor in a fevered embrace on his own desk.

Mikhail left his wife and won full custody of Naomi.

She moved into the school with her father and grew up running around the magical halls. When she was seven, her father employed a young mother as the newest herbology professor and ended up falling in love. Naomi loves her step-mother more than her biological one, and can see no difference in her half-siblings and her step-brother. She grew up with her brother as her best friend and even made it through her time in Massri with him.

When Naomi was about eighteen, her brother got a chance to play professional quidditch for a team in Egypt. To support her brother, she went to most every game and cheered him on. It was there that she first met Niels.

Her relationship with him was intense and wonderful. She hated his ego and attitude. She hated his comments about her home. She hated how he guarded himself, but she couldn't quit him. He was her addiction and that smirk always told him that she knew it. They had a few wild nights together while she finished up Massri and he played professional quidditch. She sat in the stands the night that he broke his arm to such a level that he was unable to continue his career. She tried to go back to be next to him, but since no one knew about their on again off again times, so they just thought she was another crazy fangirl.

Naomi finished up her education, all the while keeping in touch with Niels when she could.

Whenever they were together, they found ways to annoy each other. Whenever they could scream in the other's face, the sex was better.

When Naomi turned 34, her father decided to retire from Massri to spend time with his wife. On his final day, Mikhail handed the school over to his daughter. She's been the Headmistress ever since and is still trying to keep her hands off Niels when she's around him. So far, it hasn't been working.
