so love me like you do
touch me like you do
what are you waiting for?
She knew that she was going to have to be careful of anyone seeing her, but a party like this was going to be worth it. She just knew it. Rainier was supposed to be out on a date with his girlfriend Aurelie, so Ophelia was sure that her big brother was going to be a no show. Ophelia laced up her boots and did a small spin in front of the mirror. It was going to be a good night, she just knew it. Noelle might have originally begged her to sneak out of the palace with her, but it really didn't take too much arm twisting. Noelle wanted to spend the night with her boyfriend Marceau. The two of them together was so perfectly adorable that she really couldn't say anything to stop it.
It was her lot in life to be the good friend who enabled other people's happiness. She knew it. Phi leaned closer to the mirror and applied a layer of true black eyeliner to her bottom eyelid and checked her face in the various lights. Even if she was there as a third wheel for Noelle and Marceau's tonsil hockey, she at least wanted to pretend that someone would notice her.
Once she was deemed as presentable, she met up with her best friend and they slid out of the palace with all of the grace that could be expected of two excited teenaged girls. There were a few close calls with prefects, but nothing a quick slap of each other's hands over their mouths couldn't fix. Once they were off the grounds, they were able to take a series of floo networks until finally reaching Aridorn. Noelle had talked about the school a million times, but she didn't expect it to look so beautiful and vast. Beauxbatons was like a palace, it was baroque and ornate, but this. It even looked like complete freedom.
Noelle lead her to the proper dorm, once the solid mass of man meat that was Marceau appeared, Noelle was attached to him by the pelvis and lips. All alone again. Phi walked over to the closest table covered in gem coloured bottles and poured herself a drink of something fruity smelling. Noelle and Marceau were already missing, probably off telling each other how much they loved the other. She didn't hate the relationship her best friend had, she just was jealous. She wanted someone who would look at her like how Marceau looked at Noelle. She sipped from her drink and started to move her hips to the thumping music. There were so many couples around her, most of them still in the absolute bliss of the post-valentine's day happiness. Some of them just talking or dancing. She might be lonely, but she could enjoy dancing by herself.
