Frank had to admit, he might have only asked Molly for one year in America, but he loved it. He loved the muggy heat of New Orleans, he loved the food all around the city, how there was always a hint of spice and magic in the air. He loved all of it. He wanted to ask her for more time, but he knew that she missed her family. He was missing out on his little brothers growing up, but there was something about the city that had him entranced. Frank walked down the street, smiling at the tourists searching for a proper place to get a bowl of gumbo or a bucket full of crawfish. He took a sip from his iced coffee and adjusted the sunglasses on his eyes. He was enjoying playing quidditch professionally, spending time with Molly. He just knew that there were only a few weeks left in their original agreement. They would have to discuss what they were going to do. His manager was starting to mention his contract, and if he was going to reup it or sell it to another team. Someone in England. He would be able to be closer to home, his family, her family, but always miss the Louisiana heat that managed to seep into his bones.
Realizing his coffee cup was empty, Frank tossed it into a nearby trashcan and turned to the nearby bistro that he loved. They made the best iced coffee and had comfortable places to sit and enjoy the warm day. Taking his favorite seat, Frank smiled at the friendly waitress.
"Usual?" He chuckled and nodded,
"Yes please." She winked at him and turned to get his coffee. She was a pretty woman, but no one could really compare to his Molly. He just hoped that they would be able to make it work if she wanted to go back to England.
(notes: really bad, but a start? Open to anyone!)
