He is a giant softy in all actuality. He is a patent soul who can deal with most situations. At times it's something that works against him. Like in the case of his ex fiance. Still he is quick to forgive most things. Hate is just not something that Rhys likes to hold onto. He lives in a fairly simple kind world.[break][break]
Friends are things he loves. He likes to think that he can get along with most people. It's more a blind optimism that he has. Rhys figures that there isn't much in gaining enemies because a community works better working as a whole. That was something he learned young, on his family's farm. So he likes having people around, or at least animals. At home he has his two dogs, puppies he had gotten form the family sheep dogs. [break][break]
Enemies can happen. Even with his optimism, Rhys knows there are some people who don't like him. There is even thought that hurt him so much that he couldn't just let it go completely. It takes a lot to permanently cross him. Attacking his family is one way, and being mean to animals is another. He is also pretty sensitive to the treatment of muggle borns in the schools walls. One of the people who are on his permanent shit list is an ex. She was his first love, and what Rhys thought would be his soul mate. Needless to say the relationship went sour. Now he is more reluctant to love, but is still is open to having it again. Rhys does take a certen amount of pride in his appearance. There is a touch of narcissism there but not so much in your face. He just believes there shouldn't be a boundary on gender when it comes to being open to love.

They also had chickens and breed sheep dogs. On the property was also crops, mostly potatoes, squash and pumpkins. The family worked in a, everyone had a job, and you do your job well mentality. Being that they were a fairly humble family it was a surprise when it turned out their first boron (and only boy) started to show magic. Rhys, while chasing a chicken around the pumpkin patch accidentally charmed one of the gourds with a sneeze and it ballooned in size.[break][break]
One by one his sisters also started to show their magic as well, all accept Llion that is. Rhys always did his best to not make his youngest sister feel like she was an outcast. They would go out and ride together, while herding the sheep, watching the sun come up over the welsh country side. At the age of eleven he got his letter to Hogwarts. It felt weird leaving his family and the farm to go to a castle. He was sorted in to Gryffandor and felt like a complete fish out of water with his well worn wool sweaters and messy long hair. Still he settled into his house easily and the years only brought his sisters over, and he couldn't be more excited to have them in the school's walls with him. Every summer they would go back home and easily fall back into their rolls among the animals and vegetables. He missed the magic when he was at home, more so he missed learning about the creatures that lived in the magical world. Still he loved having his hands back in the dirt and calling the sheep together into one herd. [break][break]
As the years passed Rhys fell more and more in love with everything that came with the creatures that he learned about. Even when he would be home he would show Llion the sprites and faeries that liked to hide in nature. So he would stay after classes and help around the stables or learn more about hot to take care of hippogriffs and dragons. Among it all he did meet a girl. At first she was flippant towards him but he managed to worm his way into her heart. The last two years were firey and spent in love. Or so Rhys thought. At their graduation he proposed.[break][break]
She had said yes and they moved in together. Her having to fight to keep him away from the country side that he loved. so he chose to wok under the Care of Magical creatures professor at Hogwarts with hopes to gain the position, if not there then at some magical school. Apparently his fiance didn't like that either. The more that time went on the more they would just fight. One night he came home, to most of his belongings gone. No note or nothing. Rhys was crushed and just sat in his empty home at a loss. [break][break]
As much as it hurt he had to just pick up and keep living, os he put all his focus in getting the job that he wanted. Eventually at the age of 24 he had gotten the position as the COMC professor at Hogwarts were he found so much joy in takig care of the creatures and teaching kids about all the animals that were in their brilliant world.

Most of the time he deserved it, other times not so much. This was probably one of those later moments but he would take it.[break]

He was just about to let Ursala out so she wouldn’t have to deal with more yelling but then a pop sounded and Felix just rolled his eyes. At first the dog was excited to see Elsa and then she started to bet Felix with a hat. He flinched at first but when Ursula started to bark again he quickly shoved the dog out the doggy door and latching it shut so she wouldn’t just keep freaking out about the beating he was getting from a floppy hat.[break]

Elsa was screaming swedish at him. Felix was only catching every other word. “Elsa…Elsa lugna ner dig.” He said in vain. Finally with a final smack that whipped across his cheek she sat with a huff. Felix tried to push his too long hair out of his face and ran hand over the lightly red spot on his face. [break]

“I just sent you a letter…” He tried to explain but was sure it wouldn’t matter. “I had only told mom yesterday.” Of course he should have known better when it comes to dealing of the family their mother was quick to spread the news. [break]

Carefully Felix sat back at the table across from his sister with a sigh. “And you shouldn’t beat me without even knowing all the details.” He shook his head and reached for his half done coffee. It was a good thing Harrow wasn’t home or he was sure that Elsa would have ended up chasing his poor husband around the house slinging curses. [break]

“At least now I know how to get you here in a flash.” Felix then joked hoping that maybe it would help her cool down before continuing with the conversation. “Let me get you a drink before we actually talk about this. What would you like?” He then stood walking over to the cupboards to grab her a cup. [break]
