[break][break] HISTORY[break][break] Family:[break] • ___________ Zabini, 19, Pureblood, Brother[break] Birth Place: England [break] Overall History: Blaise Zabini was the son of a famously beautiful and wealthy witch who was rumored to have been a black widow of sorts. Both Blaise and his wife Pansy came from families that supported Lord Voldemort during the Battle of Hogwarts, but due to their ages they were not active fighters during this time period. The Zabini family has a long and pure blood lineage in which they take great pride, and have a reputation for being involved in the Dark Arts (nothing that could be proven in court, naturally).

Blaire is one of two Zabini children, her older brother being 2 years her senior. Although their father was more of the "loan wolf" type, their mother kept close contact with other loyal pure families over the years, and thus Blaire grew up with them as "cousins" of sorts. It was through this early networking that Blaire carefully began laying the framework of her trusted friends, crew, and soldiers before she even set foot in Hogwarts.

A familiar pain noiselessly rumbled in the pits of her stomach, lunch was growing near. It was easily Blaire's favorite time of the day, but not for the reason that would be most. While her classmates scarfed down calorie after calorie of over-indulgent food, fattening themselves up like pigs for slaughter, Blaire did her best work. Lunch was the quickest way to spread a rumor, and food was such a touchy subject for so many people.Can you even believe that Felicia Coddsworth is eating all of that? Did she not learn her lesson after she ballooned up last summer? I heard her talking on the train, saying she had to buy new dress robes and everything this summer. Her parents bought them second hand because they were so concerned she might keep gaining weight. I'd rather die than look like that, ew. The best part about lunch was that she could check to see how her web had been spun by dinner, most of the time. Of course she would never be able to have instant gratification, being too obvious in front of an excessive amount of teachers would just be asking for her prefect badge to be revoked. It was almost a bit ironic that she had been chosen when letters went out in fifth year, given the vast amount of what teachers liked to refer to as "bullying" that she participated in. Regardless, thanks to her impeccable ability to gain control over groups of people, discretion, and her family's network of relations, in the end she got the badge and her power and influence in the school grew even greater.
