Overall Personality: Cooper is a friendly soul. He really just has a problem with being mean. He finds life too short to walk around being angry and rude to people. So he generally just shrugs off any sort of negativity. It goes along with his southern charm.

Though as much as he might be a very good friend, he tends to be soft spoken and distant to most people. Unfortunately his mother's attitude on social status sort of rubbed off on him. He can seem stuck up but he will be with a kind smile and a it was nice to meet you, at least. Also he knows how to be a business man so there is some two faced tendencies that Cooper has. Luckily that will stay with the business.

With close friends he is a goof ball, just joking and smiling. He is also more about helping other's than having them help him. He figures his problems are nothing more than just obstacles that are out there for him to overcome. No to mention that a lot of his problems are not things that people can help him with. Big secrets and the people closest to him being the people he is trying to keep them from makes it harder.

Enemies are actually not as hard to come by for him as people might think. Cooper doesn’t tolerate bullying in any sense. Coop is also pretty brutal when it comes to anyone getting in his way. If someone tells him he can't do something he will growl in their face and go out and do it. It might be a great drive, but that will often get him into trouble.

Lovers...now this is a weird little section for Cooper. He is desperately in love with his best friend but there is kind of a big obstacle in his way. His wife. Cooper loves the woman, but not in the way he should. He wanted to have it work but couldn’t get past it. So Cooper sneaks around . Yes he is cheating on his wife with a man.

Cooper was born in the south in Louisiana to oil money. His mother was a a witch that came from a small lower class magical family. She was more interested in a higher class lifestyle. Luckily she had looks and a southern bell charm to her. She met Joshua, though his family was not pleased that she was from the lower end of status she showed her understanding in the company and soon proved her worth to that family and thus earning her place in the Seveigne family. She birthed a son, Cooper.

Cooper’s childhood was of course full of house maids and horse riding lessons. Long days spent on the large plantation that his family lived on. He was a happy go lucky kid who soon showed his magical abilities. Though his mother was not the most in touch with that side of her life she did want her son to accept and flourish in all of his talents. Magic had it’s perks even in the muggle world.

He was accepted to Salem and sorted into Aylward. Cooper loved school that was where he met his best friend Oliver. They were inseparable and would often cause trouble around the school, playing pranks on their house mates and made a killer qudditch duo. The summer of his thirteenth birthday Cooper was then introduced to Lenore. She was from Texas and actually went to Salem as well. Her father was an oil barren there. The difference besides her family having more money was that they were a magical family who was involved in the integration of the oil business into the wizarding communities as well. Fireplaces could only be used in homes for heat for so long after all.

It was Cooper’s mother’s keen mind for business and hunger for power that came with the brilliant plan to arrange marriage between Lenore and Cooper. Her son wasn’t too keen on the idea but both families saw the mutual benefit and were sold on the matter. They were betrothed at seventeen successfully merging to the two families business.

They got along fine. Even had a little boy when they were twenty two. The whole time though, Cooper was not satisfied with being with Lenore. He wanted to love her and make his family happy, that was why he never fought the whole thing. Even if it was his life. Cooper also knew that if he tried to say a thing about it his mother would not hear a word. She had a way of making things sound like they were for his benefit but were really because it was what she wanted. And if he refused it would be because he didn’t love his mother even after all she had done to make sure he had a nice life. He could have been stuck being poor and struggling like she had to when she was young.

Cooper was stuck with his marriage that he never felt right with and a son that he also had to think about. There was one person who always was there when Cooper needed a shoulder to lean on. Oliver. They stayed as thick as thieves the whole time. It was actually more than that. For years they would spend nights together. Cooper got his friend a job with the company so he could be around. They would take weekends together or extended vacations. Lenore always just letting it happen and never thinking anything of it. They were best friends. Oliver always acted like a play boy so there was nothing to make Lenore think he was anything but. And they would also take Jackie out to the lakes and teach the little boy how to fish. Cooper was never ignoring his family. So it never came off as an issue.

The friends were more than that. They used their trips to fuel a romance that Cooper had always wanted but never was allowed to have. Or felt like he was never allowed to have. Now he has reached a cross roads. Oliver wants more from Cooper and also Cooper feels terrible treating Lenore like he has. So he need to figure out if he will stay in something that is a lie, or finally stand up for what he wants.
