Overall Personality: Jade is the kind of guy who has his hands in a lot of pots so to speak. He is an ambitious young man getting involved in projects that seem promising. Jade has give his money to start up a couple of now rising companies and also owns a some resorts and high end hotels in both muggle and wizarding cities. That is because Jade is charming. He has made a living in something to prove a point to people who had doubted him.

Jade is a proud person, borderline too headstrong at times. He doesn't like to rely on others, and also is not one for taking charity. About the only person who can make him just shut up and take a gift is his childhood friend Sparrow. Eve then he makes it a point to repay her eventually.

Friendship is a good thing to have in Jade. He likes to look out for people. In a way his generosity can come off flashy. He will flaunt what he has unintentionally. When other's refuse he gets butthurt, even if it does make him a hypocrite. For a long time he had to have people help him, and now he just wants to prove that he is strong and independent despite what some would call a disability and his age.

Enemies are a whole lot more easily made than Jade would like to admit. He get's offended at time and also looses patients with people often. As much as he doesn't want people to treat him differently they do have to. If Jade has to ask someone more than once to stop this or that (like exaggerating their speech or yelling at him -yes he can tell-) he will get annoyed and often snippy. Another thing that Jade doesn't like are dumb questions and people pointing out that he is speaking strangely. His disease was one that set in early on his life. Where he could speak before his tone and inflection has suffered over the years from it.

Love now is something that Jade isn't exactly looking for, at the same time he is also not avoiding it. He is, for lack of a better phrase, a player. Jade likes having a good time and finding company in good looking people. So he tends to sleep around, it is rare for him to settle and commit. He does treat people he is interested in well but he also knows that a good amount of people will be more interested in money than him as well.

Overall History:Jade was brought up with money. A Father who had built his way into his fortune and his mother who worked along side her husband, until their little boy was born. Jade was endlessly showered with everything that his parents could provide. It made for one spoiled little boy. He never needed or wanted for a thing, but that meant he was easily bored and didn't hold a whole lot of meaning to things.

As he got older slowly the gifts would start to peater, his mother would get more and more melancholy. Jade of course didn't understand. He would throw tantrums when he would ask for things and not get it. She seemed so tired. Only later would Jade learn it was ht news of her sterility that had put a damper on his mother's life. She had always wanted a large family but all she would have was Jade.

Eventually things got better, Jade learned to calm his tantrums. Eventually his mother found a spark again with joining various groups and starting to socialize with the woman of high society. That was how he was introduce to the Faust's. Surprisingly he was shy at first, not exactly keen to share but Jade did warm up to the other children.

the friends helped him blossom as a person. He was a happy kid and wanted to be social showing his ability to win over others. He ended up latching on to Sparrow more than Booker but liked them both well enough.

When Jade was eight something strange started to happen. His balanced seemed to take a dive. Jade would suffer from vertigo and complain about a loud humming in his right ear. For a while not much was done just thinking that he was not getting enough sleep, or it was a result of dehydration. Eventually his vertigo and the humming would subside. Because his symptoms would come and go and never more than a day his parents never thought much of them, not until they noticed that he would react slowly or not hear them and his balance seemed to never get better. By the time anything was done his right ear had been damaged beyond repair and his left was not in good shape. At this point there wasn't a thing that could be done to save what little was left of his hearing. He was given medication for his vertigo and then enrolled in sign language lessons.

While he was able to communicate orally still it was hard for Jade to get used to his deafness, he was self conscious of his tone and volume. Luckily he had Sparrow to help, she also agreed to learn sign with him. When he was eleven he had a choice, Durmstrnag or Salem. Jade chose to fallow his friends to the American school. There he learned magic, ways to use his magic to help with his disability.

Salem was intimidating.With the help of Sparrow, Jade learned to be confidant again. They were as thick as thieves eventually blossoming together. Jade and Sparrow where each other's first and for both it seemed to open the floodgates on sexuality. They would conquer the school, with each new person Jade got more confidante with himself, learning to to be ashamed of his lack of hearing and rely on everything else he was perfectly capable of doing. And whenever they had a lonely night the friends could always fall into bed with each other again.

Eventually Jade graduated Salem without much of an idea what to do with his life. Jade went back home. His father had been ailing for a while, dealing with heath issues that seemed to be winning. When Jade was nineteen his father had finally passed. It sent his mother back into the depression. That left Jade with his father's fortune and a promise to make sure that his mother didn't just waist away.

As much as he would always love his friend he started to see less and less of her. It didn't help that she seemed to just turn her back on the life that they both grew up in. He kept in touch with her but decided that now would be a good time to stop relying so much on the now red head.


On his own he seemed to have a knack for business. He was able to make a name for himself with his father's money as a stepping stone. Instead of continuing with the business he sold it, much to the dismay of his mother. Eventually he was able to show her what he could do with the money. Jade got into investing, finding small up and commers who just needed an extra push. Most of what he was looking for was the integration of muggle technology into the wizarding world along with high end entertainment opportunities. The latter mostly coming in the way of resorts and hotels. Now his investments are really paying off and Jade is living his life in comfort and style getting quite the reputation not only for his business mind but for his habit to party as well.
